  • Our B&B accommodation comprises of terraced log cabin bedrooms, individually designed in a unique style, each with it's own entrance from the outside, en-suite shower room, comfortable beds, TV, hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, kettle, and hairdryer. Once you have your key, you can come and go as you please. Relax in the communal log lounge, enjoy a great night's sleep in your log cabin bedroom and tuck in to a hearty Scottish breakfast served in the glorious conservatory garden room. Free range eggs supplied by our very own hens. Rooms are serviced daily. We can accept dogs (max 2) in some of our rooms, please CALL to book if you wish to bring your dog so we can allocate a pet friendly room to you. Our new 'WeeBothy' is MINI SELF-CATERING at its cutest! A quirky converted sandstone building, right next to the log cabins. Sleeps 2-4 and is ideal for family breaks or a romantic break for 2. It has a cosy bedroom (with twin or kingsize bed), wee designer bathroom, relaxing lounge with double sofa bed and kitchen area (with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery. No oven or hob). Flatscreen TV. Patio doors open from the lounge to a small decked area overlooking the fields beyond. WeeBothy can be booked for one night stays midweek. Our 8 man outdoor cedar hot tub is available to use for an additional 7.50 pounds per person, payable upon use. GROUP BOOKINGS: Stay for as little as one night or book all 4 rooms and our new WeeBothy with family and friends - Please call us direct to discuss exclusive use bookings. We can sleep 12 adults max. Nearby attractions include Falkland Palace, Scottish Deer Centre, Pillars of Hercules organic farmshop and cafe. Redlands is a great base for exploring Fife, Perthshire and Dundee. Take a day trip to Edinburgh in 50 mins direct from Ladybank Station, only 1 mile away. Local wedding venues include Fernie Castle, Balbirnie House, Craigsanquhar House, St. Andrews University, Letham.

Continue to next left road which is Pitlessei Road. Redlands Country Lodge is 1/2 mile along on right hand side. Ladybank Station|Train|1|turn left out of the station, left onto commercial crescent. After railway bridge, take immediate left onto Pitlessie Road. Continue along, past woods and Redlands Country Lodge is on the left hand side, approx 1 mile from station. sat nav|Road|0|SATELLITE NAVIGATION If you use a satellite navigation system to find us, please note that it may take you to Ramornie Farm, just down the road from us! If you reach the Ramornie farm sign, then, with it on your left, drive to next junction and take a left onto Pitlessie Road. We're about 1/2 mile down on the right. dundee|Road|20|Cross Tay Bridge A92 South to Edinburgh Kirkcaldy for approx. 10 miles Ladybank is one mile south of Melville Lodges Roundabout. Turn left into Ladybank Follow signs to Ladybank station Just after Ladybank station take a left onto Commercial Cres. and go under railway bridge. Take SHARP left immediately after railway bridge onto Pitlessie Road Travel about 1/2 mile down road, (past cottages and Ladybank forest), you'll see Redlands sign on the left just after the forest. EDINBURGH FORTH ROAD BRIDGE|Road|35|Cross Forth Bridge M90 north to junction 2a for A92 to Dundee, signposted Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy Follow A92 for approx. 20 miles to Freuchie. After BP garage on your right, drive 1 mile take right, signposted Ladybank. Follow signs to Ladybank station. Just before station, take right onto Commercial Cres. Go under railway bridge. Take SHARP left immediately after railway bridge onto Pitlessie Road Travel about 1/2 mile down road.
