    The Inspiration Suite is our most spacious and private room which is located on the third floor. It has a sitting room, king size bed with fireplace, TV & DVD, WI-FI and large private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower combo and bathrobes. It also has an additional room, suitable for another couple. The other bedroom has a double bed and twin bed and also a writing desk. The cost is $140 per night for up to two people plus room tax. $25 per night for each additional guest, this suite can accommodate up to 4 adults.

    The Othello room is located on the second floor and has a queen size bed, electric fireplace, TV & DVD, WI-FI, private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soak tub (no shower) and bathrobes. It has a view of the Astoria Column. The cost is $95 per night plus room tax, and accommodates 2 adults.

    Cosy getaway in Astoria

    Great location - there is a brew house just down the road that is easily walkable. The room with a view was fantastic. Great breakfast too... not the greasy stuff that you usually get at BnB's. Gluten free options too

    Our hosts Pam and David were fun and helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the view from our room was fantastic. I highly recommend that you make the Rose River Inn a destination.

    We enjoyed our one-night stay at Rose River. The gardens were especially lovely at the time of year we visited. And the breakfast was one of our favorites from a nine-night trip that included several other B&Bs--the fresh fruit bowl was wonderful, the egg casserole yummy, and the special fresh-made guacamole was a special surprise.

    Wonderful stay at the Rose River Inn

    Stayed here recently and found it to be delightful. Breakfast was wonderful, enjoyed the company, food and views of the Columbia. I would definitely stay here again, the host and hostess are very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the large assortment of free videos available for watching in the evening. The Inn is in a great location, easy walking to many restaurants and shops. We found Astoria to be quite interesting and would like to spend more time in this historic town.

    River View Room

    We stayed ate Rose River Inn during the Crab and Seafood Festival and it was half the price of a comparable hotel room, but with a much better view. The room we stayed in had a nice-sized private bath, a fantastic sun porch overlooking downtown and the Columbia River, and a decent-sized bedroom. We did not stay for breakfast as we went razor clamming, so I don't know about the breakfast, but since I can't submit the review without a dining score, I gave it a 5. One thing I do know is that this is easily the best place we've stayed during our many, many visits to Astoria (for comparison we've stayed at the Cannery Pier Hotel in the Pilot House and a regular room, the Elliot, the Crest, the Holiday Inn, and one other B&B). Highly recommended!

    We really enjoyed the city of astoria and the Rose River Inn. The room was very comfortable, great view. It was a quick job to the path along the river for a run and we could walk everywhere in town. Food was really tasty in the morning.
