    First Timers

    This is our first time to stay at the Albert House Inn and we were extreemly pleased with the entire experience. the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The service was far in excess of what we expected. Every detail was attended to immedsiately and with a smile. It was certainly more attention than you get in a major hotel. The food was wonderful and as much as you wanted...served just the way you ask for it. Location is ideal for visitors wanting easy access to downtown Ottawa. We parked our car when we arrived and did not use it again until we were leaving. Everything you could ever want to do is within easy walking distance, whether that is Parliment Hill, Spark Street Mall, the Rideau Canal...all are within a 10 minute to 15 min walk. We will certainly be back any time we are in Ottawa

    Favorite play to stay in Ottawa

    This was our second time staying at the Albert Inn. We came a day early to Ottawa in order to stay at the Inn. We love the location, the ambience, the innkeeper, the fresh and individually made breakfast, and the charming, spacious rooms. We look forward to making this our "home base" when we travel to Ottawa.

    A lovely spot to stay in Ottawa

    We have just returned from a short stay in Ottawa and had a lovely time. We were particularly pleased with our accommodation at the Albert House. After a long drive we were glad to have our bags taken to the room and to be immediately offered a pot of tea in our room! Our room was delightfully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Our innkeeper was a great source of information and could not have been more welcoming. The breakfast must be one of the best available and we are experts at 'English breakfasts'! The service was prompt and friendly. The food freshly cooked and tasty. We recommend the 'sampling' pancake platter...it was excellent.
