My co-worker and I had a conference to attend in Toronto and we had originally booked Suite 5 (main picture). When we arrived, the innkeeper (can't remember his name) was kind enough to give us an extra room free of charge since, according to him, the sheets on the sofa bed were difficult to make! We were given Suite 6 as well (not pictured). Suite 5: Really great value! I loved how there was a small seating area, so it definitely felt like you were at home. The fireplace was a nice touch and the couches were actually quite comfortable (plus, a great view of the street). Downsides - the toilet is very close to the wall, so when you sit your knees are touching the wall; bed was okay, but not spectacular; too many coffee tables in the room, so it felt a bit crowded. Suite 6: Very small room! Considering that it was a free room, I'm not complaining, however for those spending the money this would not be my first choice. No seating area, small walking space, felt really crammed. Bathroom wasn't too bad, but the shower was a quite a squeeze. Poor air circulation. However, if you don't plan on staying in your room for that long, then it's a good value. Overall: Suite 5 is a better choice; carpets were quite dirty and stained; breakfast isn't made on site, but you are given a voucher to a restaurant called Eggsmart (which we weren't able to use since we had to be on the road before the place was opened); quite and relaxing; great service from the innkeeper; great location; private bathroom is a huge plus. As well, the bedding you see in the pictures is not the bedding you get - room comes with plain white sheets and a blue "fuzzy" blanket.
