    What a wonderful experience

    Staying at Heather and Winsley's Bed and Breakfast made our visit to Oshawa a most lovely experience. Upon arrival, they both greeted us with warm and friendly smiles. Our room was as comfortable as imagined. There were chocolates on our pillows, as well as covered strawberries in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the electric fireplace made the room even more inviting. The breakfasts were outstanding, and the waffles were delicious. Heather also excels in presenting a beautifully set table every morning. This was the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast, and we are so happy that we chose this one. Heather truly loves pampering all her guests. She and Winsley are so hospitable. We highly recommend Strawberry Suite Bed & Breakfast

    Best B & B in Canada!

    This is hands down, the best bed and breakfast in Canada, I would venture to say in all of North American. The house and rooms are just beautiful, so comfortable and lovingly decorated. The hosts are the nicest people you'll ever encounter, well loved by family and friends, judging from the photographs displayed. Every little detail was taken care of, the linens are soft and the beds so cozy. And the breakfast!!! Fresh, hot, delicious, most amazing eggs benny of my life. This is the perfect place to stay, staying at Strawberry Suite felt like I was at home with my family.

    Heather & Winsley are great hosts and the comfort of the rooms makes you feel right at home. The breakfasts are amazing and always something new and different. Thanks once again for a wonderful stay in your charming B & B!

    One of the best we've ever stayed in!

    This place is wonderful! I have respiratory problems from a lung injury and am easily bothered by scented cleaning products and laundry detergents. The owners bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable, even going to the effort to wash the sheets in unscented detergent and clean the bathroom with unscented products. The room was quite charming, and unlike many places where we have stayed, the bed was actually comfortable. There is even a small refrigerator in the room. And the breakfast was gourmet all the way, incredibly delicious and plentiful. The owners are lovely, personable people, the kind of folks one would wish to have for friends or neighbors. The location is easy to get to from main roads and there are reasonable restaurants to go to for dinner and a shopping center within walking distance. We definitely will stay there the next time we are up that way. A great start to our vacation! Debbie & Bob

    Great service & amazing breakfast

    My boyfriend & I stayed here en route to Montreal. We stayed in the downstairs suite, which was spacious and clean. We made sure to utilize the backyard & hot tub which was a cute setup. But most of all we loved BREAKFAST!!!! It was so tasty, and we kept comparing our meals throughout the trip to it. The lady who owns this place (I forget her name) put a lot of effort into it and we totally stuffed ourselves...she was really sweet and gave us advice for our trip. Overall great place to stay!!

    On the road from Montreal to Niagara Falls on the banks of Lake Ontario before reaching Toronto, , The town of Oshawa and the most memorable bed and breakfast! On arrival you will be charmed by your hostess, then, in your room you will fel like you are at home (nice furnitures and fittings) Last but not least, you will enjoy the menu choice including the large home made breakfast cooked by Heather. In a nutshell, a must see stopover on road 401!

    I have stayed in B&B's all over Canada. I have yet to find one as good as this place. Strawberry Suite B&B is quite frankly offers the best value, the best breakfast, the best accommodations, and the best host and hostess in all of Canada.

    Five Star B & B - Highly Recommended

    I searched long and hard for accommodation in the Toronto area that I would be happy to bring my father to for an 80th birthday celebration trip. we were planning an eight day stay... Well, that we were looking to be "happy" turned out to be a huge understatement of what we experienced!! We were overjoyed at the warmth of the hospitality shown by Heather and Winsley - we could not possibly have found anywhere that came close to our wonderful experience at Strawberry Suite. Heather's willingness to help with our planning, to answer our never ending questions and every morning, to surprise us with exquisite, five star breakfasts was worth the trip in itself! The rooms were a delight, complete with tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Do not hesitate to make contact with Heather or Winsley in preparation for your next Oshawa / Toronto trip.
