  Cancellazioni: Cancellation Policy - We do not overbook like many large hotels do! Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly! Please read carefully!
  - More than 30 days written notice* prior arrival date: your deposit is refunded, minus one day cancellation fee.
  - 30 Days or less: No refund at all. The full stay charged to your credit card is non refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for all the cancelled days (a one day cancellation fee will apply in that case). We may make some accommodations for future stay.
  (*) Written notice by e-mail with delivery/read request, Fax or Mail [allow at least 2 weeks for mail to arrive from outside of the United States] - we must acknowledge receipt.
  Eary check-out: No refund! The nights you have reserved are guaranteed exclusively for you and we do not overbook like large hotels can do.
  Delayed arrival: No refund! The nights you have reserved are guaranteed exclusively for you.
  No-show or same day cancellation: No refund! The nights you have reserved are guaranteed.
  Important: We highly recommend that you contact Access America (800-756-2639 mention this number for savings ACCAM# H000219) a trip cancellation insurance to cover refund of accommodations costs in case of unforeseen changes to your plans (such as, but not limited to, delays, strikes, closure of air space, death in family, etc.). Your own insurance is the only way to get a refund after the 30 days prior to arrival period!
  *** Refunds can only be refunded to the very same Credit Card used for the deposit.
