    L'Elephas si trova all'incantevole villaggio di Interlaken, NY, nel bel mezzo dei Finger Lakes tra belle Cayuga e laghi di Seneca. È una bella casa signorile vecchia che è stata costruita nel 1870 e ha ancora lavorazione legno originale visibile in tutta la casa. Durante il vostro soggiorno con noi sarete a pochi minuti dai laghi. Interlaken è di circa 20 minuti a nord di Ithaca, casa di Ithaca College e Cornell University e ottimi ristoranti e negozi troppo! Seneca Falls, (è una vita meravigliosa!) Ginevra e Waterloo (grande sbocco commerciale) sono a nord di circa 20 minuti. Il villaggio di Interlaken, NY è situato nel cuore del Historic Wine Trail. Quindi, se stai cercando per grande vino e cibo con trattamento superba, lo amerete! Ci sono casinò nell'area; Finger Lakes Casino e Tioga Downs Casino, e non c'è troppo grande storia. Il Museo dei diritti delle donne a Seneca Falls dove il movimento cominciò, William Seward Mansion e Harriet Tubman casa entrambi in Auburn, NY. Ci sono molti siti storici nei laghi dito! Ci sono molte opportunità per andare in barca, pesca e nuoto per tutti. L'Elephas si trova minuti da alcuni dei grandi parchi statali nella zona come Taughannock Falls State Park, parco statale di Lodi, Cayuga Lake State Park e parco statale Sampson. Si avrà anche una grande opportunità per fare acquisti presso grandi mercati Amish "autentica".

    The Elegant Elephas

    The Elephas is the best kept secret in the Finger Lakes, but not for long. The rich, antique decor of the Elephas is a perfect metaphor for the fertile region where it resides. Culture and history abound and is no further than a 30 minute ride in any direction. Theaters; The Hangar, The Geva, The Kitchen, and Syracuse Stage to name a few - and historic homes; Harriet Tubman House, Susan B. Anthony House, Elizabeth Cady Stanton House, Frederick Douglass House, and The Eastman Estate for starters. Nobody can do it all in a weekend... or a week. The Elephas is centrally located to doing it all, or a relaxing get-away to do nothing at all.

    This was a very wonderful get-away for me. The Innkeeper, Robert is the best -- very informative and makes sure you have a great time. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone!
