We did drive past the Inn once while looking for it, but we found it the second time we went by it. Hosts were very friendly, and they provided snacks and beverages gratis. Breakfast was especially good. Only issue was that our room on second floor faced the road and so there was some noise from the light amount of traffic on the road. Overall, it was a pleasant night's stay

John and Kim were very considerate hosts -- particularly helpful when I cam down with a slight fever and was heading to the local emergency room. (Kim's experience as a nurse should be added to the price of the rooms!)

the owners are friendly and welcoming. If you love a rustic, unique feel then this place is for you. It really is a hidden gem for a stay in Cooperstown. We loved how the original, rustic attributes were kept to the Inn. The breakfast is amazing. Homemade touch and they make what you want. It's a great opportunity to meet people from all over who stay there, and meet some neat people. For Cooperstown, it is worth the price and only about a 10 minute drive away. We loved it!

This is a cute & cozy little place off of the beaten path. A nice place to stay away from all the busy tourist area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Willow Tree Inn while visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame, Kim and John were great hosts. The Inn is a piece of Americana in a beautiful country setting. The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were terrific and they cook to order, whatever you would like. One of the reasons we selected this Inn was because we could bring our dog. Our stay was very comfortable and a great value.

When we arrived at this gorgeous antique home, our room was ready and John was immediately helpful in getting us settled. John and Kim were very friendly with tips of things to do and easy directions to locate those things, including Dreams Park (where our grandson was playing baseball). Breakfasts were freshly made and delicious! A charming bed and breakfast!

The hosts were very helpful with suggestions for dining in the area. Breakfast was quite good although basic and the same over both days of our stay. Homemade biscuits, jam, eggs any way, slab bacon, sausage, coffee, OJ, etc. King bed in room 5 was very comfortable. AC worked well. Property has a lovely pond. Free with fi didn't always work. Loved the homemade cookies in the afternoon, and refrigerator case full of fee soft drinks.

The room was cozy and warm, the bed was comfy, and the beverages, soaps, and breakfast provided were all nice, and the people were very friendly. All in all a great place. Only problem we had was that my fiancee's allergies were acting up a bit because they allow pets, but that's on us for not noticing that.

Breakfast was great. Room cramped and bathroom not as nice as anticipated. Overall, a nice stay.

Location is in the country but 15-minute drive from the Hall of Fame/town. John is a gracious, friendly host who unobtrusively made himself available to answer questions about the area and with whom to have interesting discussion. He's owned the B&B for 2 years and is making improvements. The home has potential but needs more work. It's a Civil War-era house in need of some maintenance but is indeed livable and comfortable. The common living room, complete with fireplace, is need of furniture update and more work. The backroom common space (where the TV is located and near kitchen) was inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was first-class and made to order, complete with homemade biscuits and jam. We had the room above the dining room (I think #5) facing the road. Didn't seem noisy, even though we kept the window open, probably because the road is not heavily traveled. Room is large but somewhat austere. Shower was small but workable (hosts provides toiletries). Scenery is beautiful and serene. It is quite reasonably priced and a good value.
Our largest room with a king sized bed. The only room that shares the common bath in the hall
Full sized bed and newly renovated private bath
Queen sized bed with full private bath
