Beds On Clouds

Hosts were very nice. Breakfast was very good. However, our major problem was with our "extremely small and crowded" room (we heard other guests had much larger rooms with comfortable beds and even coffee makers available in their rooms; our room was a joke; see below) Our room was way too small with beds very uncomforatable. Putting two "twin beds" together did not create a "King Bed" feeling. And the quality of mattresses, bed sheets, pillows etc were sub-standard for the room rate. My wife and I did not have good sleep both nights. There was no coffee maker in our room (unlike other rooms). I ran to breakfast room at 8AM to see if I can get coffee. Host said it was too early for him to provide coffee. Overall, for the money we spent, room offered was way too small and did not meet our expectation. We are disappointed with B&B.Com for recommending this property and particularly our room.

...My wife and I needed a place to unwind after bringing our daughter to Suny Oneonta...rather than drive back to NYC on a Sunday nite...so, we booked this B&B...and couldn't have been more delighted....it is run by a delightful couple...and the large home is crammed with their stunning photography that will keep you spellbound for hours... The rooms are amazingly comfortable and feature private baths... ...Breakfast was wonderful...fresh fruit...great croissants..and eggs...all made to order ... ...The home is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Windham....and overall a terrific value for your money.... We'll be back!!

My husband and I wanted to go on a romantic getaway for President’s Day weekend. We decided to visit Windham Mountain and booked a room at Beds on Clouds. We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay; Rebecca, the proprietor, is a true gem! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Her husband is a photographer and there was beautiful art everywhere adorning the walls. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely accommodating to our needs. The room was gorgeous and the bed was heavenly; so comfortable with high quality linens, a down comforter, and billowy pillows. It was also super convenient to take the bus from New York City. We are extremely happy that we found this quaint and picturesque town and B & B where we can walk to little shops, restaurants, and the mountain for snowboarding. We can’t wait to go back!

The host was friendly and nice. We met like a friends. The "Beds on Clouds" is full of art. We had a magnificent stay.

I stayed at the Beds on Clouds for several nights while working on a consulting assignment. Beds on Clouds is an adorable B&B with wonder hosts. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and at home during my visit. I would recommend Beds on Clouds to anyone looking nice comfortable stay in the Windham, NY mountains

Wow! What a wonderful weekend my husband and I had at Beds on Clouds! The room was beautiful , quiet and had a private bath that was equally beautiful. The king sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The house is also the home and art gallery of two very kind and outgoing hosts! You will love staying here!
