There is no deposit required for most reservations. There are some special event and holiday weekends that a full payment or deposit is required. -
Cancellazioni: You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date. There is a $15 fee per night for any cancellation made after that. If we can re-book the room there are no cancellation fees. This is what usually happens. Special note to all guests. There are some special event reservations, West Point Event and holiday weekends that a full non-refundable payment or deposit is required. You will be advised if your reservation falls under this policy. Call if you have any questions.
