    Il nostro stile contemporaneo di Cape Cod casa ha tre grandi e confortevoli camere con letti queen sized, bagni privati e aria condizionata, come pure due cabine accogliente. Abbiamo vista del bel paese, eppure sono a pochi minuti da Seneca e Keuka laghi. Gustare una prima colazione completa del paese nel gazebo bordo piscina, poi rilassarsi e guardare il colibrì e cardellini come essi giocherelloni attraverso i nostri giardini fioriti. Riempire le vostre giornate con tutto ciò che il Finger Lakes hanno da offrire, o rilassarsi con una nuotata nella piscina e una passeggiata nei nostri boschi. In serata, che possiamo suggerire un ristorante che soddisfa il tuo umore. Nelle notti chiare potremo dare tour stelle con un telescopio di grandi dimensioni sul nostro prato posteriore.

    Wonderful 2 night stay

    Our first visit here was four years ago and we keep coming back each year. They are excellent hosts, warm and friendly and they know the area whether you want to know about wineries, what events are going on or where to eat during the day.

    Excellent Location and Property

    Located in the quiet country but just a mile or two from town, it is a few minutes from Keuka Lake and nearly as close to Seneca Lake. Our room, like the others, had a private bath, TV, and wi-fi, and was very clean, comfortable, and homey. It even included a small fridge. Common areas (living room, kitchen, sun porch) give places to relax and talk with other guests if you'd like. Burnie loves to cook from scratch, and breakfasts were wonderful. Burnie and Sue are great hosts and are generous with extras. They are very knowledgeable about the area and will recommend activities based on your interests.

    Homemade Goodness

    For first time BnB stayers we really had no idea what to expect. Well, whatever expectations we may have had were blown away by friendliness and hospitality. I felt at home from the second we walked on the grounds. Susan and Burney were helpful yet not smothering. They were very knowledgeable about the area and I felt at ease picking their brains for local gems. Their homemade breakfast and products were absolutely delectable and I would return for them alone! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend Los Gatos to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home while in the Finger Lakes.

    We had a wonderful two days at this B&B. The hosts were gracious and friendly and prepared wonderful breakfast for us each morning. Will go back again.

    Il nostro unico Grand Suite occupa l'intero piano superiore, con una stanza separata di sonno e salotto con TV.     La nostra sala Sage è al primo piano e ha un romantica slitta da letto. I nostri amici Mennonita cucito un'Unione superfici "Boston Commons" con colori ricchi soprattutto per questa stanza. La camera dispone anche di due comode Regina Anna stile poltrona sedie per tranquilli momenti di lettura, guardando la TV, o semplicemente rilassarsi davanti al caminetto e guardare la TV. La camera è climatizzato e dispone di un bellissimo bagno privato.

    Very pleasant stay

    My partner and I stayed at Los Gatos in Penn Yan the weekend before Christmas 2012, having found a deal on Living Social. We stayed in the Blue Room, which is very spacious with a seating area, two chairs, electric fireplace, and private bath. Rooms are placed well and feel relatively private, no two sharing a common wall. A sitting room, screened porch, and kitchen/dining room (with occasional fresh treats), are accessible 24-hours. Burney and Susan, the proprietors, were personable and very helpful in suggesting tips to find local attractions and wineries to suit our taste. Burney made a delicious breakfast from scratch each morning. On our second morning we shared good conversation over breakfast with two couples in their late 20's to early 30's. Breakfast is the only meal served at this inn. We both recommend Los Gatos whole heartedly. The inn is spotless, food delicious, and Burney and Susan are great hosts.

    We had a marvelous time! The food was completely homemade, even the condiments!!! Our hosts were more than accommodating, and they ensured we had everything we wanted and needed! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!

    Great location for the wine tour get-a-way. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is top notch. The hosts are very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay the best.
