    Exceptional guest house!

    We loved our stay at the Union Street Guest House! Our suite was delightful - clean, very comfortable (top notch beds, sheets, showers) and welcoming (coffee, tea, snacks, wine glasses). We spent the first 10 minutes just walking around finding all the beautiful treasures that someone with a wonderful eye chose. Extra bonus points for the private porch and friendly dogs. Definitely stay here if you are in Hudson. P.S. Walking distance to all great shops and restaurants! I gave one star for dining because there is no dining at Union Street but so many wonderful places nearby.

    Wonderful Weekend at USGH

    We had a great weekend at the Union Street Guest House. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, this is your place! I did not rate dining, as they do not serve food. However, there is a full honor bar and an open kitchen if you wish to make any food yourself. Our suite also had a large fridge and a great coffee maker with locally roasted coffee available. It was just my husband and I in a room bedroom suite,so we had plenty of room for all of our belongings and to stretch out and relax. The rooms are decorated in a very modern/vintage way. Everything is just so well put together. I would recommend staying here for sure!

    There is no dining in the union street guest house. They just opened a new kitchen area if you wish to cook a meal there. However, Hudson is full of nice dining options. Check Grazin really authentic farm to table

    This is a great place to stay, BUT: They are clear that they're a guest house, not a B&B; refunds for cancellation are reportedly difficult at best; bring your own travel alarm - there was none in two different rooms. Please read the room descriptions. The rooms and suites vary greatly in amenities. This is an ideal location for dining in Hudson - a few short blocks from many fine restaurants. In all, this is a terrific value

    We stayed in the Thunderbird Suite with another couple on a cold weekend and couldn't have been happier. The decor was perfect, the coffee was great, the room was lovely. This is the spot.

    If you want a true "Hudson" experience, appreciate an eclectic mix of vintage decor/modern pieces and rooms with "personality" then you will like it here. I stayed in the TreeTops Suite and marveled at all the vintage memorabilia, cool selection of books/magazines and comforting details. I would definitely stay here again...very relaxing, private and good location. If you prefer a typical chain hotel/motel this place may not be for you. However, I prefer these types of places to typical hotels. Although they are often more $ than a typical hotel room, if God is in (these kinds of) Details, I do not mind the few extra bucks. Details: The suite I had was a mini vintage museum, so you can spend an hour just looking at everything. My personal favorite was the model airplane that hung in the corner of the bedroom! So cool! Several lights are on a dimmer control that you adjust yourself, including track lighting in the kitchen. Gourmet coffee, tea and several snacks in suite. Full size (modern) fridge, gorgeous sink and microwave. High end bath products. Plenty of paper towels, cups, bowls, flatware (even a corkscrew and wine glass). There is a flat screen TV in living room and bedroom with ample cable choices. And...amazingly enough...with all the knick knacks in this place I thought for sure I would find a lot of hidden dust but I did not. Practical Stuff: There was plenty of free parking along the street. They also have a couple free off-street spaces. The room I was in had several steps to climb (but that is part of the charm; not for a handicapped person, though). No phones in room...bring cell phone. WIFI reception is good but you might have to try a couple locations to get the best signal. I was fine in a chair closer to a window. Check out is 12 noon so you can "sleep in" without hearing maids cleaning rooms in "the hall" (a la "typical hotel" ;-)

    Absolutely Lovely

    The website's photos do not do this exquisit room justice. It is extremely spacious, comfortable, tastefully and elegantly decorated. Very clean, all linens very fresh. Perfectly situated on a quiet street (Union) just beyond main street (Warren Street). Walking distance from amtrak station.

Pike ovest all'uscita B-2 (Taconic Parkway South) a ovest uscita Route 23, Hudson. Prendere via 23 direttamente in Hudson, intorno al bordo occidentale del parco, attraversare Warren Street e prendere una destra in Unione. Tre blocchi si vedrà la piazza di Corte con chiosco e # 349 è appena di là di che.
