Nous avons passé quatre jours dans un appartement impeccable, très bien équipé, moderne, et situé dans un quartier très calme. Les lits étaient grands et confortables, et le sympathique accueil que le propriétaire nous a réservé n'a rien enlevé au charme de ce BnB!

Brand new, everything you need is there, great location, the owner is very kind and the drinks in the fridge are a nice surprise :) ! We will come back again !

Gastenappartement is an lucky choice for us. The unit is very nice. There are sufficient utensils in the kitchen. We especially like the area in front of the french window which we can have tea/coffee and enjoy the sunny summer night !! The neighbourhood is good. It is near to the river bank. We walk along it and find the supermarket and many choice of restaurant. It is only appx 20 mins walk to train station and the bus stop right in front of the appt. Roeland is very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend this place.

Un appartamento completo, limpio, actual y cómodo. Muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. Cuarto de baño y cocina modernos. Un comedor grande y con mucho estilo. Para recibir unos invitados esta muy bien. Supermercado AH a 5 min caminando. Parada de autobús delante de la puerta. Bien cuidado todo.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my husband and daughter. This apt is perfectly located close to centre, supermarket and buslines to station, all within walking distance. Still it's in a quiet street. The apt itself is fully equiped and spacious with comfortable beds (and a seperate room for our daughter) which makes it very suitable also for a longer stay. Love the nespresso in the morning! Roeland will helpyou out with any requests or questions and for us it was perfect to have our own parking space. For sure we will be back!

My wife and two small children (1 & 4 years old) really enjoyed staying at this location. There is a small sleeping room for the kids and a nice double bed for my wife and I. The beds are comfortable. The appartment also has a state-of-the-art kitchen with all the goodies and a spacious living room plus a great balcony. All the equipment in the apartment is top-notch and Roeland is very professional and helpful. It really is a perfect location and the size is excellent for a small family. Roeland also negotiated lower rates since we stayed for nearly two weeks. Roeland takes good care of this place and sleeping in the heart of Utrecht is a great experience. Thanks for a great stay!

Two of us have just spent a week at the Gastenappartement Utrecht. The accommodation is walking distance from the city centre and suited us perfectly as a base for a course that we were following at the music school. The appartment is well-appointed, modern and clean, and the landlord did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. We followed his recommendation for dinner one evening at De Eetkamer in Utrecht and this proved to be a good choice. We will certainly consider a return visit.

Het appartement is leuk ingericht, erg goed gelegen en voldoet ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen qua comfort. Bovendien is de gastheer (Roeland Abbingh) erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader!
