With its sequestered location on the first floor, ample bathroom with claw footed tub & walk-in shower, cozy fireplace and slate floor, this lodging is suitable for lovers or singles. Please note: bedstead is very old, prestandardization wrought iron, slightly shorter than a modern double bed (not suitable for guests over 5'11"). Wifi, A/C, lilypond outside (Spring frogs' singing may keep a light sleeper awake). Key to outer door, as well (free egress).

Large room in Big Haus(3rd floor), suitable for family. Sleeps 3 in four-poster double, with one twin bed. Shower, TV, wireless, and key is issued to Parsonage outer door. Radiator heat, down comforters.

Aptly named, the grandest room, featuring Gothic Kabinet bed & extra sleigh daybed, fireplace, wireless internet, terrace view of the vineyard and lilypond (no TV). Soaring ceiling, bay window, rocking setee and wingback chair for reading. Often used as a bridal room, it is also suitable for families with a child in tow. Shower only, telephone. Private entrance, second floor.

With a medieval view of the Gazebo Garden, fountain, Teahouse and Big Haus, this is the most fantastic room. Terrace view, soaring ceiling & fireplace mantle, ornately carved Chinese sidechairs, velvet ottoman, ample armoire for clothing (no TV). Chinoiserie on bed and fireplace. This second floor room has a private entrance, shower only, wireless, telephone.

Impressive, black wrought iron bedstead, with draped overhead "half tester". Slate floor, shower, telephone, wireless internet, A/C, telephone, situated by English roses and lilypond (singing frogs in the Spring!). Fireplace for cozy winter sleeping, small desk for working, good wingback chair for reading. Velvet "fainting couch". First floor location, separate entrance.

Second floor location, terrace above lilypond, roses and cane fruit. Features a child's medieval crib, small tub & shower, bay window, grandfather brass bed for two, good working desk w/wireless internet, TV, telephone and A/C. Soaring ceilings with Spring frog song! Faces the quiet side street and vineyard. Private entrance.

A real "feng shui" lodging, with warm wood tones & good light, facing the medieval courtyard. Gothic bed (somewhat high) with draped "half tester", supplemental sleigh daybed. Good reading chair, cozy fireplace, ample bathroom w/shower, warm slate floors. Wireless internet, telephone, A/C, separate entrance.

A lovely single room, suitable for women on business, scholars or extended stays. Very "pensione" feeling, with balcony view of Gazebo Garden and fountain, common room below for reading wingbacks. Small bathtub & shower, private entrance, A/C, wireless internet, TV and telephone. A bit short on storage space, things may be stored elsewhere.

Suitable for a relaxed business conference, wedding reception, bar mitzvah or family reunion. Prairie style concert hall with bright acoustics, seats 85 formally, 100 for conferences, catering kitchen below. Raised stage, "box seats" in Dessert Loft, baby grand piano and Holtkamp pipe organ. We provide ten 60" round tables w/vintage folding chairs (may be draped). Best Ann Arbor caterers staff our kitchen. May be used with Gazebo Garden in warmer months (60).

Irish style cottage which sleeps six (2 doubles, 2 single beds). First floor features slate, wifi, a kitchenette, double bed, captain's table, view of garden and Big Haus. Second floor (2 rooms) with bathtub, double and 1 single bed. Keys to Parsonage included, breakfast in Big Haus.
