"My husband and I found The Lofts on the Park (on NE 135th street in north Miami) a pleasant, extremely well located, reasonably priced, and excellently furnished Mediterranean-style loft apartment for a winter stay. This is the second year we have stayed here and enjoy the airy, sunny space. The large master bedroom with bath and tub is upstairs with extra space for one office desk. The cats love running up the stairs to the large loft bedroom. Downstairs on the main floor is the living room with extra bed couch, a full kitchen, dining nook, my office desk and 1/2 bath. The downstairs balcony faces the park that has a quiet stream and white ibis. We are published authors from Manhattan and always write against deadlines so we need a no hassle, quiet place with plenty of comfort and privacy in order to accomplish our work. The management who speak English, French, and Spanish are dedicated to making their guests and tenants comfortable. The WIFI is fast and the elevator building is kept clean and quiet. The gym and swimming pool area is sunny with many plants and we have it to ourselves most of the time. Covered protected parking and convenient laundry facilities are provides free. We strongly recommend staying at this stylish boutique residence for a few days or months or taking a lease for longer. For us Lofts on the Park is a great winter get-away to sunshine and lovely, tasteful surroundings and we feel at home. The neighborhood has good restaurants, including Cuban, Chinese, and South Mexican, supermarkets, banks, FEDEX, LA Fitness, the Fresh Market, and other conveniences. "
