The House on the Hill

Introducing the Cedar Room. The House on the Hill has created a new room for our guests to enjoy. This new economy room was developed to better meet the needs of our business travelers and to also offer our guests profound flexibility as to their experience. The Cedar room is located in the main house, on the first floor. And like all of the rooms at HOH, it has it's own private bath and separate entrance. Breakfast is optional served at an additional $15 per person.

This room has a 22-foot ceiling and beautiful palladium window overlooking some of our 53 acres. The furniture features several pieces of owner-refinished pine including the four-poster queen bed. Also includes a private bath.

The sister room to the Pine, with dark cherry furniture and a four-poster queen bed, and a private bath. The room overlooks the carriage house with views of the trees on part of the 53 acres. Comfortable chairs allow the guests to enjoy their favorite book.

This King Suite is the original master bedroom, now decorated in bold geometrics with a beautiful tile wall collage. The private bath includes a bath tub for additional opportunities of relaxation. Enjoy the most spectacular view of the lake, especially beautiful in spring and fall.

One of the original rooms in the house, this room features gabled ceilings and a beautiful view of the lake! Windows on three sides give the room plenty of light, better to notice the king-size bed and cozy sitting area. 'Color-washed' walls enhance the feel of the room, which features a private bath.

A wood and wrought iron king-size bed highlights the first of the Carriage House rooms. The semi-private deck provides the opportunity to enjoy the sound of the artesian creek and the viewing of wild turkeys and deer. A beautiful border and floral prints along with the gas fireplace and a private bath makes this a guest favorite. In following our French Country House theme, this room has a Fleur De Lis decor.

This 'barrier-free' room is decorated in a French Provincial theme with a wrought iron bed and crown done in Toile. This newly appointed room is a guest favorite. Wider doorways and strategically placed handrails in the private bathroom accommodate all guests.

This king room is decorated with the feel of nature surrounding the Bed & Breakfast. This room depicts the French countryside and is easily imagined with the meadow and brook right outside your window. Relax with amenities found in all Carriage House rooms: private bath, gas fireplace and semi-private deck. Extra windows in the room offer additional natural light.
