Una bella Englander New con un portico di avvolgere la spiaggia e la magnifica via Marginal in pieno centro della città e a tre minuti di cammino. Lasciare l'auto e a piedi da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e negozi della città intera! Carrello si ferma proprio fuori dalla porta.
Camera Essie Hayes, al terzo piano e sotto la grondaia, ha un letto matrimoniale e si trova sul lato est della casa con le migliori viste del mare e spiaggia. Questa accogliente camera ha un bagno in comune con la stanza di Myra Bassett.
Godetevi le mattine, pomeriggi e sere su questo avvolgenti splendida veranda. La nostra prima colazione gourmet è servito il portico ogni mattina dalla tarda primavera attraverso presto caduta.
La sala di Harrington Maria è una grande angolo camera al secondo piano con un letto matrimoniale. Le esposizioni meridionale, occidentale e settentrionale, ha così il sole effettivamente esegue il wrapping di camera e si estende questi lunghi giorni. Decorato in avorio morbido con accenti in toile rosso e abete rosso, il Mary Harrington ha un bagno privato con doccia.
La sala di Harrington Maria ha un letto king size ed è decorata molli avori, rossi e abeti rossi e. Situato al secondo piano con un Nord, ovest ed est dell'esposizione, questa camera popolare ha finestre su tre lati dove permette il sole pomeridiano estendere il giorno. il Mary Harrington ha un bagno privato con doccia.
The Jenny Holden Room is located on the second floor in the back of the house with a south- eastern exposure. There is a queen bed and a large private bath with a tub shower. The room is decorated in soft yellow against dark blue-green walls.
The Hattie Nagle Room is large with a draped, raised king bed with eastern exposure on the second floor. The room is decorated in shades of blue and white against with rich mahogany furniture. It has a cozy private bath with a stall shower.
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast on the porch every morning in good weather or in the dining room when too chilly or wet.
Breakfast is served on the beautiful wrap-around porch every morning in season.

16 Beach Street è tre-storia New Englander stile classico casa costruito nel 1920 dalla famiglia Perkins. L'interno vanta pavimenti in legno in tutto. Siamo un piccolo Inn intimo con cinque camere da letto. A causa della sua vicinanza alla spiaggia, la locanda è arredata come una casa sulla spiaggia a colori vivaci e allegro. La posizione del Inn è l'ideale. I nostri ospiti non hanno mai di tornare nella loro auto.... carrello fermate proprio fuori dalla porta e ci sono pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, la spiaggia e la via Marginal. Prima colazione gourmet piena sono servite ogni mattina.

16 Beach St. gave us everything we were looking for from a B & B—wonderful hospitality, great location, and immaculate! Not to mention the absolutely delicious breakfasts served each morning. We were grateful to Linda for accomodating my husband's dietary needs, too!

This was our first B&B experience and it WILL NOT BE OUR LAST Linda and Dick spoiled us and set the bar for every inn keeper we come across in the future.. They are host and hostess beyond compare. The house is as pictured and I would have to say the pictures do not do justice to how clean and comfortable the whole house is. Location Location Location as stated you truly will not need your car the beach and the best restaurants and shopping in Ogunquit are well with in walking distance and most right out your door. Breakfast was a delicious edible work of art! We arrived expecting the usual and through out our stay each breakfast was not the usual bacon and eggs but blueberry cream cheese bake, citrus crouisant french toast, bungleberry pancake bake and more all preceded by fresh baked scones , cakes and breads and wonderful coffee and teas. Linda and Dick have created an oasis at the beach. Their attitude and personalities are the foundation on which this home rests. It is obvious in every detail that this is truly a labour of love. My husband and I fell in love with 16 Beach Street. Linda and Dick were very friendly, genuine and gracious. Our room was immaculate and we were pleasantly surprised to find a CD player with several relaxing CD's available. Afternoon lemonade and homemade cookies while rocking and relaxing on the front porch was heavenly. We were treated to a superb breakfast on the warm, sunny porch. Very convenient to walks on the beach, browsing the quaint shops and walking the marginal way. Once you park, no need to use the car until you leave.

Get ready for the most wonderful stay ever! Linda and Dick are terrific hosts. The Hattie Nelson room was immaculate, with wonderful decor and fantastic views. Little amenities, like a shower gel and shampoo dispenser built into the shower, were an added benefit for a spur of the moment overnight stay. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. By far, one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed.
