My husband and I spent a night there while visiting Northampton. We were pleasantly surprised to see a cottage-looking building in the midst of trees and gardens. We had warm tomato soup waiting with cheese and bread and very 2 welcoming hosts. The rooms were modern, artsy and clean. The breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

John and Jim established and operated Green Street Cafe on the Smith College Campus for over 20 years. The cafe was one of the first locally sourced restaurants and featured in many national and international publications (Gourmet, Bon Appetit, New York Times, Yankee Magazine...). Their gardens are now the home of Greens Treat Suites and Greens Treat CSA.
