Ingredienti

  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Raisins or dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts/almonds/walnuts etc
  • 2 eggs

  1. Mix eggs, oil, honey and milk with a wire whisk, set aside.
  2. In seperate bowl, add oats, baking powder, salt, and sunflower seeds. Whisk around and add cherries and almonds.
  3. Grease loaf pan, cupcake tins or round bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Yummy served with yogurt!
