Hawaiian Breakfast Quiche

Ingredienti

  • 1 pie crust
  • 5 eggs--beaten with 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup shoe-string hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup pineapple pieces
  • 3/4 cup cubed ham

  1. Line pie pan with pie crust.
  2. Add half of the pineaple and half of the ham.
  3. Add Hash Browns and then rest of pineapple and rest of ham.
  4. Pour in beaten egg evenly across pan.
  5. Cover with grated cheese and cook for 45 to 60 mins or until middle is done. Serve with bacon or sausage and pineapple slices.
