Ingredienti

  • Eggs
  • Corn Oil
  • Baking Soda
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Butter Milk
  • Flour
  • Cream Cheese
  • Vanilla
  • confectioners sugar
  • Butter (one stick)
  • Milk

  1. Pancake Directions: -Mix butter milk, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients (baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour) and blend. -Pour approx. 1/3 cup for each pancake. -On a preheated griddle, fry pancakes. (medium heat) -When bubbles appear, flip over and fry the other side of the pancake.
  2. Cream Cheese Topping Directions: -Softened cream cheese and butter and mix well in a sauce pan. -Add milk, vanilla, and sugar. -Heat in double boiler until completely mixed. (add extra cream cheese and/or milk to make a smooth consistency)
  3. To Serve: -Layer pancakes between fresh strawberries and blueberries (or fruit of choice). -Drizzle with softened cream cheese -Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg for presentation.
