Greek Quiche

Ingredienti

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Half and Half
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 6 oz Fresh baby leaf spinach
  • 1/4 lb Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Dried Oregano
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese

  1. In mixing bowl whisk eggs, half and half, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano
  2. Layer the pie shell with spinach at bottom, then tomatoes, then crumbled feta.
  3. Pour mixture into pie shell (Make your own or if you are pressed for time I like the frozen Oronoque Orchards brand)
  4. Secret Ingredient - 2 oz. of cream cheese - break into small pieces and distribute evenly around the quiche...so smooth!
  5. Line baking sheet with tin foil Bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until browned.
