Vicino alla metropolitana, comodamente collegata con molte linee di autobus, sarà particolarmente facile per voi andare in giro in città. Raggiungere tutti i turisti principali attrazioni e luoghi d'interesse culturale della città come i passaggi spagnoli ed il Colosseo sarà un gioco da ragazzi. E proprio dietro l'angolo troverete banche, farmacie, supermercati, negozi, pizzerie italiane e qualunque cosa può essere necessario durante il vostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è situato al sesto piano di un edificio moderno ed elegante, con ascensore, da cui potrai godere di una meravigliosa vista sui Giardini Vaticani. La nostra casa è stato recentemente rinnovata per offrirvi un moderno e confortevole B & B per il "vacanze romane". Sarete accolti da persone che conoscono e amano Roma e che sempre vi farà sentire a casa. Noi ti offriamo un soggiorno molto discreto e accomodante.

    Beautiful and brand new apartment in a perfect location

    This is the most fantastic accommodation in all of Rome -- brand new, absolutely beautifully furnished, and perfectly centrally located. My friend and I stayed at this fantastic accommodation in February 2013. When we walked in the door, we thought we were in a 5-star hotel. The furnishings are luxurious - comfortable leather couch, very comfortable beds with beautiful bedding, large exquisite bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and excellent wifi service. There are two apartments available. The owners were wonderfully hospitable and helpful – they sent email directions from the train and airport, and met us at the door when we arrived, spending a lot of time showing us the apartment and providing a map of Rome, as well as suggestions for local restaurants and special sites to see. Breakfast was included and left in the well-furnished kitchen for us. This is the best place to stay in all of Rome - you will be so glad that you booked it.

    Excellent B&B in Rome

    Friendly B&B in ROME We stayed at the Finestre sul Vaticano B&B (www.romabandb.it) for 3 ngts pre-cruise. Max and Lavinia (the owners) and Lourdes arranged our transfers from the airport to their B&B and then to the cruise port. Our transfer from the airport, which was very smooth, even though our plane had arrived about 1.5 hours late. We were unable to call ahead to inform them that we were going to be late, but the gentleman at the airport was pleasant none the less. Upon arrival, we were graciously shown our room and the facilities, including the free Internet WiFi access, which was very nice. Welcome they offer is superb! This property was exactly as described by the other reviewers. The metro stop was literally 1 block away, which gave us easy access to the attractions across town. We loved being so close to good shopping streets and within 5 minutes walking distance to the Vatican & St. Peters and with excellent restaurants within a short walk. The breakfast was awesome and delivered at the exact time requested. They are so quick to respond to e-mails and in answering any questions you may have. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and we highly recommend this establishment to our friends. Grazie Max and Lavinia! PS don’t miss a gelato at Millennium ice-cream shop just 2 minutes from Le Finestre sul Vaticano Bed and Breakfast … it’s a must! www.romabandb.it

    Very nice B&B in Rome!

    A rare find and much better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. You are made to feel so welcome by Max and Lavinia and they will give you a whole host of information about getting the best out of Rome and all thier tips work. There are a couple of really great local restaurants which are half the price of the centre with a great local atmosphere and great food. The metro and local buses are only 5 minutes walk away as is the Vatican. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large. Breakfast is good. Just don't forget Rome is a noisy city. Staying here is like staying with friends, I would most definately stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone who says they are visiting Rome. A truly great place to stay.

    GREAT B&B IN ROME ITALY!

    We stayed at "Le Finestre sul Vaticano" bed and breakfast in May 2007. This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast. I enjoyed my experience. Its actually a condo located right beside the vatican museum entrance and is on the 6th floor. Each room is equipped with A/C and a private bathroom. The rooms are large and are lockable and provide access to coat hangers and have a tv. There is a nice common room and a beautiful patio for everyone to enjoy. If you've never stayed at a bed and breakfast, it is like staying with a distant relative. When you come in at night time you have to be quiet in order to respect other guests. I think what makes this place so great are the owners (Max and Lavina). Although, Lavina was away while we were there, Max answered questions and helped us with directions and attractions. Max was so great that when we had an early morning tour he left us breakfast so we wouldn't have an empty stomach, even though it wasn't the regular breakfast time. Definitely over and above the call of duty. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There are nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket where you can pick up cheap beer and wine. The vatican area is very close (5 min) and offers more restaurants and bars. The price is great for the location. We actually saw a best western close by to the bed and breakfast where they were asking 400 cdn dollars a night and our bed and breakfast definitely looked nicer. We paid 90 Euros and were quite happy. Max arranged for taxis and helped us get soccer tickets without being taken advantage of. Again over and above the call of duty. The area is nice and very safe!     Excellent B&B in Rome

    Very nice B&B in Rome!

Per la vostra convenienza, la fermata dell'autobus si trova proprio davanti al nostro B & B. Dalla stazione centrale termini: Prendere il treno della metropolitana A in direzione "Battistini". Scendere alla fermata "Valle Aurelia" e prendere l'uscita "Angelo Emo". Il nostro B & B è a 100 metri di distanza, al numero 130. In auto: dall'autostrada A1 uscire a "Raccordo Anulare" in direzione "Aeroporti". Procedere all'uscita nr. 1 Voce "Aurelia – Città del Vaticano" al centro della città ("Roma centro"). Dopo 5 km si arriva "Piazza Irnerio" (Piazza Irnerio). Mantenere in Guida discesa in via Baldo degli Ubaldi fino a quando i cambiamenti di stradali il nome di via Angelo Emo. Il nostro B & B si trova a nr. 130.
