"Favorite Place to Stay in Asheville"

"I highly recommend the Chestnut Street Inn to anyone visiting Asheville! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay so much (and felt so comfortable!) that he proposed to me in the garden! He was waiting for the perfect moment and the staff (Chris) kindly agreed to take our pictures outside the day of our departure. Little did she and I know that she was photographing our engagement! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect moment and setting. The Inn is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, shops, and street festivals, yet is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that really feels like a retreat from city life. The staff are beyond friendly and could not be more accommodating. The breakfast is so tasty, you wouldn't want to eat breakfast anywhere else! The rooms are well-appointed and there is minimal noise heard throughout the house. The front porch is perfect for a morning cup of tea and the garden areas are great for reading-or proposing!"
