Still nowadays the law court of the town is located there. Seralcadio accommodation has the pretence making you feel at home during your trip in the island of the sun. The house is located in the heart of the city life, near via Maqueda and via Roma, close to the most famous open air market Vucciria, Capo, Ballarò and the less well known but not less important market of Sant’Agostino, which recalls the flavour of the deceased tanners’ quarter. The apartment Seralcadio B&B has 4 rooms, everyone furnished with particular character and agreeable energy due to their colours. Rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, tv sat, wi fi connection… some room has balcony too. At guest’s disposal is a living room, as breakfast and relaxation area with tv sat, radio, cd player, 2 bathrooms with shower, exclusive for guests use. Continental breakfast with milk, coffee, and espresso as well, croissants, cereals, and fresh products from bakeries, is included and served from 8.30 till 10.00. Even before you can have self made and served breakfast. Bed and Breakfasts refer to privately owned houses with room for up to six people, and breakfast is usually offered. (Breakfast items will normally be pre-packed due to Italian food hygiene laws.)
