    UN SOGGIORNO PER ANNULLARE LO STRESS QUOTIDIANO ACCUMULATO

    IL PANORAMA , L’ARIA PURA DEL POSTO INSIEME ALL’ACCOGLIENZA DELLA FAMIGLIA DE LUSSU CI DA LA TRANQUILLITA’ASSOLUTA DURANTE IL SOGGIORNO . SE IL TEMPO NON E’ CLEMENTE IL RESIDENCE E’ ATTREZZATO CON STRUTTURE SIA ALL’INTERNO DELL’APPARTAMENTO CHE AL DÌ FUORI DELLO STESSO ATTE A NON FAR PESARE IL BRUTTO TEMPO ESTERNO. LA RETE WIRELESS MI HA PERMESSO DI COMUNICARE CON I MIEI AMICI IN TUTTO IL MONDO VIA E-MAIL. ESSENDO PENSIONATI, ABBIAMO DECISIO DI TRASCORRERE I SOGGIORNI NEI PERIODI FUORI DELL’ALTA STAGIONE. L’IDEA E’ STATA OTTIMA PERCHE’ NON ESSENDO SOGGETTI AI PERIODI DI FERIE OBBLIGATORI POSSIAMO TRASCORRERE A COSTI MOLTO PIU’ BASSI PERIODI PIU’ LUNGHI GRAZIE ALLE VANTAGGIOSISSIME OFFEERTE PROPOSTE DAI SIG. DE LUSSU. INOLTRE IN QUESTI PERIODI A MAGGIO MENTRE LA NEVE SI SCIOGLIE SI PUO’ ASSISTERE ALLA NATURA CHE PREPOTENTEMENTE SBOCCIA, TIPO L’ERICA, I RODODENTRO ,I BOTTON D’ORO ,LE GENZIANE ED ALTRI FIORI CAMPESTRI BELLISSIMI. A SETTEMBRE OTTOBRE AL CONTRARIO SI PRESENTA AI NOSTRI OCCHI UNA VARIETA’ DI COLORI DEI BOSCHI CHE DA VERDE INTENSA CAMBIA ASSUMENDO COLORI DIVERSI DAL MARRONE AL GIALLO IN FUNZIONE DELLE VARIETA’ DEGLI ALBERI DI ALTO FUSTO. ASSENDO INOLTRE APPASSIONATO DI FOTOGRAFIA ED IN PARTICOLARE MODO DÌ EVENTI FOLCLORISTICI HO MODO DI FOTOGRAFARE E FILMARE BELLISSIMI EVENTI PER POI RIVEDERLI QUANDO SONO A CASA DÌ NUOVO SOTTO STRESS. ALLEGO ALLA PRESENTE UNA PICCOLA DOCUMENTAZIONE FOTOGRAFICA ACQUISITA DURANTE IL SOGGIORNO. GRAZIE MATILDA ALESSANDRO E FABIANO PER ESSERE LE NOSTRE MEDICINE PIU’ EFFICACI CONTRO LO STRESS.

    Wonderful apartment in great location

    The apartment we occupied is spacious, charming, super clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The family that owns the residence is extremely helpful and provided us with information about the apartment and things to do in the area. The son speaks English fluently -- which was wonderful for us because we do not speak much German. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment. It is in a quiet spot at the edge of a small town. We left our car in their parking lot most of the time. We walked into town for groceries (to two stores in Oberrasen and one store in Niederrasen). We also began a number of hikes directly from the hotel. We especially liked hiking to the ruins of two castles -- Alt Rasen and Neu Rasen. The owners are friendly, competent, and anticipated our needs. The son's outgoing personality and facility with the English language made us feel like honored guests throughout our stay. The residence included wireless Internet access -- a tremendous benefit for us. They also have two pool tables, table tennis, games, books, and other facilities that helped make our stay more pleasant. Our apartment included a balcony, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. All the rooms were spacious. The facilities were very clean. The furniture was comfortable and of high quality. (My husband kept raving about how he loved the sofas and chair in the living room!) The linens were new and clean. We had all the kitchen appliances, tableware, cookware, and dishes that we needed for preparing our meals. The room was quiet -- we were not disturbed by noises from other rooms or guests. We were very happy with the place!

    Fantastic holiday in the Dolomites

    Fantastic hotel. Ideal location. Shuttle service takes you direct to ski fields 3. 5 kms away. Great room size for a family - exceptionally clean & tidy. Free wireless internet. Child friendly - they had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and the manager speaks fluent English which was helpful. Will definitely be back again, this time with an entourage of friends! Highly recommend these aparments.

    Great stay in the Dolomites

    Without being able to speak German or Italian I was very lucky that the Manager spoke fluent English and was able to handle all my requests. The stay was wonderful for my husband and 13 year old son and without any hesitation we would return to Residence Montana, hopefully next time will be a longer stay.
