"This past weekend was our 3rd visit to Cedar Crest, and far and above the most relaxing. Mainly because the prior 2 visit have been with groups/retreats with me being the "point person". Matt & Laura will make you feel "at home" whether you're part of a large group or as a couple. This time, our hardest decision was "where to find the next spot on the property to relax" -- so many options! The food was very tasty and very plentiful -- and I KNOW it was all home cooked & prepared! Had a simple, yet outstanding picnic lunch -- prepared & packed by Laura -- complete with basket & red checked tablecloth! We set our picnic outside overlooking one of the scenic views. I think we have found the perfect respite place -- near home, but yet far from the hustle & bustle of life! Thank you for a memorable time! Bill & Julie B."
