"My fiance and I spent three nights at the Fillmore House over Memorial Day weekend, and it simply could not have been a nicer weekend for us. The home is beautiful and comfortable, the gardens are an inspiration, and the front porch was just perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We stayed in Genevieve's room, which we would highly recommend. The bed is very comfortable and the decor is impressive - and this room comes with a corner jacuzzi tub! And then there's Brian, the "host with the most." He is a delightful combination of concierge, tour guide, humorist, Lanesboro historian, and breakfast-chef extraordinaire. Brian's breakfast is unmatched by any other B&B, and I've stayed at many of them, in Lanesboro and elsewhere. But be forewarned - forget about dieting while you're there, unless banana bread french toast happens to fit your program."
