"We have stayed at a lot of B&Bs and hands down, this is one of the best. Large, beautiful rooms with custom drapes and upholstery and high end linens. Some inns are too cluttered, but the Murphy's have done it right. As other reviewers have noted, this house is spotless. Seriously. These ladies are delightful and want 100% satisfaction. It is good to know that they have the one room on the first floor, which is wonderful for anyone who can't climb stairs. They are hardwood floors, so we could hear the guests above us at times, but that isn't anything that can be controlled at any small inn. We are still "recovering" from the incredible breakfasts. We never needed lunch. One thing we noted is that they serve a protein with the carb filled breakfasts. This is huge as sometimes a B&B will serve a egg/protein one day and a big sweet carb the next, leaving a sugar high then hungry crash. These ladies think of everything. "
