We had a great deal of difficulty because the site would not accept our home address. Even speaking with a supervisor we were told there was nothing that could be done about it, even after we gave you a different credit card. We are waiting for a return call; the supervisor said she would call Tech Support but this happened only after 3 phone calls, several efforts on the Web site and no satisfaction. I finally tried again and the site accepted my card. This has been/is being a very unpleasant situation. More sensitivity to your customers' problems - which in fact are caused by your system - would be very helpful. |

I could not use my preferred credit card. I kept getting a "address and zip code don't match message. Your phone assist person told me your system was "very sensitive to address entry. I finally tried another card with the same exact address and it it took. People are allowed to be "sensitive". Data systems should not! |
