    Il monolocale moderno e arredate con gusto (ca. 36 mq), con balcone al sud ovest, si trova al 3 ° piano (con ascensore) di un condominio a Monaco di Baviera / Berg-am-Laim. La struttura è situata a circa 10 minuti dal centro della città e la Fiera in auto. Il luminoso appartamento offre una camera da letto e zona soggiorno con un letto matrimoniale (180x200 cm) e divano letto (140x200cm), che può essere usato come alternativa a pelo. Lo studio contiene anche un pieghevole tavolo della sala da pranzo e quattro sedie, un armadio e una TV (Astra Digital) con oltre 150 differenti canali TV e radio in varie lingue. La cucina è moderna e dotata di elettrodomestici di alta qualità, tra cui un forno a microonde. Il bagno, anche molto moderna, è dotata di una vasca da bagno e doccia.

    a home away from home!

    A lovely apartment, well furnished, clean, sunny and very comfortable. We definitely felt like it was our home away from home. Despite not being in the centre of the city, the apartment is well serviced by the underground and trams. We can recommend a great bakery which is 2 stops from the apartment on the tram line 19, heading towards the city centre! Thanks for a lovely stay!
