    Assolutamente splendida casa costruita nel 1936 e convertito in un Bed & Breakfast nel 2005. La spiaggia è il più vicino Bed & Breakfast su Tybee Island. La casa ha vista sul mare incantevole, intimo e confortevole re e Regina camere, con una suite che può ospitare fino a sette, tutte con bagno privato. Tre belli portici e due amache per rilassarsi su! Completa colazione ogni mattina, il vino e il formaggio ora nella sera, gratuito e la connessione internet wireless. Piscina di fronte all'oceano, la sedia di spiaggia, noleggio ombrellone e biciclette sono alcuni dei nostri servizi disponibili.

    Fantastic Place!!!!!

    My husband and i stayed here the first weekend in October. All I can say is "WOW"!! The Bed and Breakfast is top notch. Food was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one! Will go back here, no question!!!

    Relaxing and charming place to stay

    Our first time to Tybee Island and we were not disappointed. We had the Honeymoon Suite and it was awesome. The house was lovely and furnished beautifully. Visiting with other guests made breakfast so enjoyable. Debra is a gem, and made our stay a wonderful one!

    We were so amazed by our posh and elegant surroundings! The house 'Mom" was friendly and made us feel the most welcomed guest! A truly wonderful experience all the way around.

    Peace and tranquility

    I had the most awesome 1st time there which surpassed my expectations. A wonderful array of breakfast choice omelets, pancakes, waffles,bacon sausage, danish, coffee, juices fruit cereals,whatever u liked. A desirable cheese & wine display for the evening. OMG chocolate chip, & other assorted home made cookies during midday. The terrace was breathe taking with a hammock. The setting was right off the beach. Wonderful scenery a mile walk away from a board walk with live music as well as fire works. A restaurant on the beach 1/2 mile b4 the board walk that prepared scrumptious bohemian style conch, Drinks Dinner if you prefer. Just a quaint lovely enjoyable place & my companion made it feel like heaven. Our room was right next to the terrace with the hammock small however perfect with bathroom/shower. A terrace also on the opposite side of the livingrm over looking the beach a building away. The beach wasn't over crowded either beach chairs a water sprinkler to rinse off from the beach as well.I'm still smiling that was 2 years ago

    Being from Savannah, we have stayed at the DeSoto Beach Hotel several times and not having been a Bed & Breakfast fan, we decided to take a chance when my husband and I got married last April on the beach. We needed a place for our family as well as a place to meet before and congregate afterward. We booked 3 of the 4 guest rooms and they were all wonderful. We're partial to the Tybee room which was a very special place to spend our honeymoon. It's a pleasant atmosphere as well as clean and comfortable. The true asset though is Miss Debra the "house mom". She is the best! and what a breakfast she cooks up. We just recently went back for our 1st anniversary and as usual Miss Debra helped to make it one of the most memorable couple days you could imagine.

    DeSoto B&B on Tybee

    The DeSoto Beach Bed and Breakfast on Tybee Island, Georgia, is an island of excellence in an otherwise quirky (but fun) beach community. We found this place online and, not having been to Tybee, thought it compared favorably to other options on the island. We made a reservation at another "Hotel" closer to "downtown" tybee. However, upon our arrival we quickly realized we had chosen poorly (very poorly, but I won't name names). We canceled our reservations immediately upon arrival and came back up the island to this delightful place, which, fortunately, had a room available for the weekend. This 1930s house is immaculately restored, clean and tastefully appointed with an open and relaxing common area. Rooms are well separated and nicely insulated, noise-wise from other rooms and common area bustle. Debora, our innkeeper, has been a gracious host and an excellent breakfast cook. There has been ample food, including evening wine and cheese. The beach view is not perfect, given recent construction of a view-blocking house directly in front of the B&B, but that is a minor quibble given the 1/2 minute stroll to sand and water. Our room was cozy for two, but well appointed and the bathroom was clean and featured a spacious tiled shower. While my B&B experience is limited, I find it hard to imagine a more ideal place to spend a weekend or even just an evening. All the comforts of home; friendly staff and guests; great location (Savannah is 15 min. up hwy 80). What's not to like?
