Monolocale: letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, angolo cottura, seduto e sala da pranzo, 150 € a settimana. Tutte le camere da letto doppie hanno ft kingsized/5 letti. Una colazione sarà servita nel nostro bar e sala giardino o sulla terrazza. La prima colazione comprende, croissant, pane fresco, con marmellate, appena prodotta caffè, tè e arancia succo.

    You'll want to visit again and again

    We had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin de Lusseau earlier this year. I stayed with my husband and two boys for a week and we all had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for my children to play and not disturb anyone, plenty of lovely places to walk, river to paddle in, close to good local attractions such as Le Vallee des Singes and Futuroscope which was fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about the warm and friendly welcome we received from the owners. Will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Mill on the Boutonne

    My wife and I stayed at the mill for four days in June 2012. We happened to share our stay with another couple who were house-hunting in the area, so we met at the breakfast table and shared our day's experiences. We enjoyed a good breakfast before we set off for the day. It was very helpful to have the option of an evening meal too. we stayed in the room called Higgledy, with a comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed the relaxing walks all around the area. We look forward to another visit.

    I had the distinct pleasure of staying at Le Moulin de Lusseau in mid April of 2012. The grounds were lovely and the hosts were very friendly and an absolute delight to visit with. They were helpful in orienting me to the area and the culture and provided excellent recommendations of things to see, places to eat, etc. Breakfast was delicious and generously sized in their tea room. Interestingly, the tea room has a window through which one can see the old water mill. The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. A full-sized adult can freely move around the bedroom, bathroom, and shower stall. I hope to return to the area again and will, without hesitation, stay at Le Moulin de Lusseau. -An Adventuring American

      Da Poitiers: Prendere N10 verso Angouleme. Prendere l'uscita di Sauze Vaussais (D948). Proseguire in direzione di Sauze Vaussais, bypassando esso e andando verso Melle. Soggiorno la D948 per 20 chilometri fino ad arrivare a un incrocio in una piccola area denominata Cerizat e prendere la sinistra girando a Chef-Boutonne sulla D737. Seguire questa strada fino alla fine, finisce in un incrocio a T (circa 10 km/15 chilometri). All'incrocio a T, girare a destra verso Brioux sur Boutonne (lontano da Chef-Boutonne). Seguire questa strada (D740) attraverso Lussais e poi circa 100 metri dopo che hai lasciato il villaggio di Lussais, c'è un piccolo girando a sinistra che è l'ingresso per il Moulin de Lusseau. Inserisci proprietà passando attraverso la porta di fattoria e porchway. Dalla Rochelle: Prendete la N11 verso Niort, poi seguite il by-pass intorno a Niort verso Limoges. Dalla tangenziale prendere la D740 per Aiffres (e Limoges) e seguire questo per circa 30 chilometri fino ad arrivare un grande incrocio a destra è segnalata Melle e a sinistra è Brioux. Andare dritto sopra la strada trasversale, rimanendo sulla D740 continua verso Chef-Boutonne. Si passa attraverso diversi piccoli villaggi come Luche sur Brioux e Fontenille. Come si lascia il villaggio di Fontenille, c'è una piccola fabbrica di formaggi caprini sulla destra e sulla vostra sinistra una compagnia di trasporto di merci su autocarro. Continuare per circa 200 metri e vedrete una piccola strada sulla destra che conduce alle Moulin de Lusseau. NB se si immette il villaggio di Lussais, si sono andati troppo lontano e hanno superato la nostra svolta.
