La Cave Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully furnished and recently converted 19th Century wine making barn, with a wealth of rustic charm! It is situated very close to the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. We are family run, offering relaxing bed and breakfast breaks for couples and young families looking for a comfortable and friendly base from which to explore. Here you will find the charm of yesterday, thoughtfully combined with today's modern comforts. The large ensuite bedrooms both boast magnificent views of the vineyards with exposed stone walls and original beams. The Muscat Room is a beautifully furnished family room for up to two adults and two children. The superior Cartagene Room is sumptuously furnished, more with a couple in mind, with its magnificent antique bed - although a convertible sofa allows for a further guest. Lunch and/or dinner are available by request. (Please enquire). Free wi-fi is available. There's a large range of books to borrow, we have a variety of boxed games, and a children's table football. There is also a therapeutic treatment room and a small gym onsite for those exercise enthusiasts!

We stayed here for 3 nights in January and were charmed by the warmth of the welcome provided by Jo-Anne. Her care and attention throughout our stay was quite exceptional. On one of the evenings, Jo cooked for us and served a delicious meal in her cosy 'farm-house' kitchen. Delightful! Our comfortable ensuite bedroom, overlooking the beautiful unspoiled French countryside, couldn't have been better. We shall return!
