Perhaps our most peaceful room, the Diamond Lil, features a queen size bed,Luxury Linens, large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, cable TV. Snuggle up on your pillow-top mattress and enjoy a glass of complimentary wine. It's a cozy retreat you'll want to return to again and again.

The Haven is a cozy little room decorated with period antiques, but the most fun may be sitting on your second floor balcony and watching the the activities below on Charlotte Street. This cozy room features a queen size bed,Luxury Linens, Small Jacuzzi tub/shower, cable TV. This is the way you should experience St. Augustine!

The Audubon Quarter's lets you celebrate life in grand style. Spacious and comfortable with a king sleigh bed, Luxury Linens, and comfortable sitting area. Soak away any stress with the generous sized jacuzzi in your private ensuite bathroom. Cable TV.

The Mary Lily Suite features a private two-person Jacuzzi located in a little room of its own. This inviting butter-colored room features original oil paintings of St. Augustine, a 1920's French influenced decor, a grand four poster queen size bed with luxury linens, private bath, cable TV.

The Tiffany Studio, located at the back of the Inn on the first floor, is a spacious one-room suite with an inviting feel. You have it all with your two-person Jacuzzi, 2 comfortable sitting areas, table and chair, private bath with slate tile shower, fabulous step-up queen size bed with pillow-top mattress and luxury linens, cable TV.

The Bungalow is a delightful little retreat with it's own private entrance, located on the first floor of the carriage house. The large private courtyard just outside the entrance, is perfect for enjoying that quiet cup of coffee in the morning or the relaxing glass of wine in the evening. This quiet room features a beautiful stained glass window, two-person Jacuzzi, queen size bed with luxury linens, ceiling fan and private bath, cable TV and A/C.

The Hideaway is a wonderful retreat with it's own private entrance located on the second level of our carriage house. It has an opulant feel with its cathedral ceiling & stained glass chandelier and window, marble tile accents, and queen bed with luxury lines. Enjoy your custom designed two-person shower with four spa heads. A small private porch overlooks historic Hypolita Street. Flat screen TV with cable, private bath and A/C.
