    Perfection all the way around.

    I love this B&B. i have no need to even look at other places, We will never stay anywhere else in St Augustine. We spent our honeymoon and our tenth anniversary at the Westcott house and it is simply perfection all the way around. I cannot say enough good things.

    " Charmiing Inn"

    Stayed three nights and did not want to leave. What a perfect inn and fabulous views of the bay. So very charming. Hospitality plus, great service and food. Joy and Andrew are truly gracious hosts, make you feel very welcome. Our room had a balcony with a perfect view of the bay. Peaceful and calming. Close to the historic district with an easy walk to all that should really be seen. Most definitely will return.

    Wonderful, luxurious sheets. The best ever French toast on Wednesdays and Sundays. Perfect location to walk to attractions and restaurants in St. Augustine. Welcoming staff were so warm and friendly. We can't wait to go back.

    Serves 12 30oz frozen hash browns 2 12 cups shedded cheddar cheese 1 lg onion 112 lb sausage meat 14 hot sausage meat 12 eggs 2 tbl bacon fat 1 tbl paprika 1 tbl Worcestershire sauce 12 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat fat in frying pan. Saute sausage, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until cooked. Mix with thawed hash browns. Spray casserole dish with cooking oil. Spread mixture evenly over dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the top. Beat eggs and pour over top. Add the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Oven bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
