Surrounded by lush gardens and views of the pool, our gazebo is a beautifully peaceful spot to relax, read, enjoy breakfast or occasionally one of the many small weddings and recommitment ceremonies held in this blissful setting (larger weddings and/or wedding receptions (up to 125 people) can be held on our picturesque courtyard.
With all the amenities (AC, Flat Screen Cable TV's, Wi-Fi, Overhead Fans, Hairdryers, Irons/Boards and private bathrooms), our Specialty Units (some with full-size kitchens) provide relaxing living space, roomy gated patios, private verandas or 25-foot private balconies overlooking Duval Street. Don't like this reviewing system, "met expectations" looks like a "mediocre rating", but Duval house is better than that. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast, not a big country breakfast like we've had at most B&B's, but it is exactly as they advertize, so it met expectations. As key west goes, we think this is one of the better mid-priced hotels. Rooms facing the garden are quiet, calm, etc. Duval st can be noisy, so rooms facing the street can also be noisy. We had a breezway cabana room which is tiny, but adequate. Shower was tiny. otherwise, GREAT!

This is the third year we've stayed at the Duval House and we brought 16 of our friends and neighbors with us. They all loved it. Although you will find many of the rooms small, they are clean and homey. The court yard and the pool are a great place to meet your friends in the afternoon and relax before dinner. We'll continue to choose the Duval house in future visits. GB

Stayed here with my girlfriend last week. I was vey impressed with how well kept the grounds were. It opens up to a beautiful courtyard, almost like traveling back in time. If you stay here I recommend the Standard Xtra room. It has a semi-private balcony, not bad for the extra money. What is great about the room is that the bed was very comfortable, the space was large and very clean, decent water pressure in the shower. Make sure you're up for breakfast, typical continental but great homemade waffles. Forgot to mention the awesome pool! Its heated and pretty big for a b&b, also the pool area is nicely kept. Really enjoyed my week stay there and will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay at the Duval House. Room was comfortable, cozy and inviting. Further away from things then what we are used to but well worth the walk/scooter ride. We will stay there again. Didn't care for the coffee but walking right across the street to the French bakery didn't hurt our feelings at all. The selection at the continental breakfast was a nice array of fresh fruits and all the fixins'. Definitely recommend this B&B.

My husband and frequent Key West, we decided this time we would stay right on Duval Street, which was great. Its a bit expensive I thought, but really....its Duval Street so its expected. The staff was great, very friendly and very nice. The rooms, well they are a bit small, the bathrooms are outdated I thought, furniture was very old like from the 80's or something. The pool was great, very clean, the property was very nice and breakfast was pretty good as well. I would stay here again for sure, it served its purpose for us.

We had such a great stay at the Duval House! It is in the perfect location - quiet, yet close to the all the fun places on Duval. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Our room was small but well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Key West!

All available Taxis will know where the Duval House is. If you rent a vehicle however, exit the Airport, making a left turn onto S. Roosevelt Blvd, which after about 1 mile will become N.
