We recently stayed here for our honeymoon and were very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was nice and great at trying to make you feel welcome. The room we stayed in matched the website pictures perfectly, so there were no hidden surprises. I would tell anyone this would be a great place to stay. The only advice I have is to provide arrivals with a dos and don'ts of the attractions. Something along the lines of "how to get around the city and what should I visit". Also the temperature in our room vs. the first floor was very different. Since it was extremely cold the heat had to run making it very hot in our room due to the fact everyone else downstairs may have been cold. Overall great experience.

The owner Pat, the staff & the charm of this 1800s B&B makes it our favorite place to stay when we're in St. Augustine. Pat makes you feel like you're at home during your stay & will help you with reservations to restaurants & attractions or other special arrangements you might have. The staff is super friendly & will go the extra mile to make your stay the best it can be. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

My husband and I decided on a little trip to St. Augustine. We found the Kenwood Inn on tripadvisor and liked the reviews. We did not have any of the breakfasts but the Inn was real nice. Bashi was very nice and helpful when we first arrived. Pat is so friendly. This was our first bed and breakfast and I would recommend it .

Truly one of my very best vacation experiences! The Kenwood Inn oozes charm and appeal providing comfortable, beautifully furnished rooms, delicious gourmet breakfasts, and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a special one. From the moment I stepped inside, Pat made me feel as if I was being welcomed by a close relative into their home- and that's precisely what it was for me during my stay- home. While St Augustine boasts so many amazing and wonderful things to see and do, the best part of my day was returning to the Kenwood. I've already booked 2 more stays there this year and I cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kenwood in St. Augustine very much! Everyone was very helpful. I liked the fact that when you talked to a staff member they did not act like they had to run off right away. I enjoy talking to them because they give you an idea of what the town is like. Our hostess, Pat, was wonderful. And the breakfasts were out of this world! Would love to come to this place at Christmas. Hope we'll make it back again in the near future. Thanks so much, Mrs. C.A. Hertenstein

We loved our stay at the Kenwood Inn. The beds were extremely comfortable; linens, towels, etc. were of high quality. The Sunday brunch was fabulous -- as well as the daily breakfasts and the evening wine was such a treat. We highly recommend staying at the Kenwood In.. Pat and her staff are just wonderful.

The service is wonderful & Pat the owner couldn't be more charming & helpful with suggestions for places to visit or restaurants, even making reservations for us.
