"We stayed at the MoonDance on a wet and stormy March weekend and met two people who we hope will become close friends, the owners Linda and Gary. They are wonderful people who have turned a nondescript old house on Lake Whatcom into a magical fairytale B&B. Their personal story of love lost and refound fits perfectly with the aura of warmth, comfort, and invitation they have created for their guests. Gary is a master craftsman who has personally designed and constructed the renovations that have turned the old house into such a beautiful masterpiece. Linda's touch in decorating has made every room wonderfully inviting and comfortable and her breakfast creations are mouthwateringly delicious. Unfortunately, due to the time of year and the weather, we were not able to fully experience the beautiful outdoor spaces they have created, but look forward to going back when we can. Although the location, building, furnishings, and food are among the best we have ever experienced at a B&B, the nicest element of the entire MoonDance experience was getting to know Linda and Gary. They are truly wonderful people."
