    A high quality bed and breakfast with ensuite rooms City centre location near to rail bus and coach stations as well as both hospitals and universities. Explore Devon and Cornwall from our friendly Edwardian home in Exeter near medieval city walls Cathedral and some of the best restaurants. Whether visiting Exeter on business visiting relatives or exploring the area you are sure to be impressed. All of the thirteen bedrooms are en-suite. Every room has been individually decorated and furnished with every attention to detail. Original period furnishings compliment the new remote control LCD digital flat screen televisions double glazing direct dial telephones hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities. Herbal teas are available on request. Now available is WiFi access in all areas of the Guest House including all bedrooms. Enjoy a freshly prepared full English vegetarian or continental breakfast in the breakfast room. We do not serve evening meals but there are an abundance of excellent eating places nearby which we can advise and recommend.

Walk past 'Pyramids Leisure Centre' and we are situated on the right hand side.;Exeter Airport|Air|7|There is a taxi rank by the airport that will take you directly to us. There is also a car hire building at the airport. If hiring car please follow directions from M5 Junction 29/ end of A35.;Exeter St David's|Train|3|If walking follow signs to Exeter City Centre. Once on High Street turn right and head towards Coach/ Bus Station which will be signposted. At 'River Island' turn right and follow road straight down. The Coach/ Bus Station will be on your right hand side. Go straight over roundabout signposted 'M5 Honiton/ Taunton. Walk past 'Pyramids Leisure Centre' and we are situated on the right hand side. Alternatively there is a Taxi rank just outside St David's.;West/ South Exeter|Road|5|When entering Exeter follow signs to City Centre and Bus/Coach Station. Once at Bus/Coach station roundabout follow signs to M5 Honition/ Taunton. You wil be entering Heavitree Road. We are situated on the right hand side after 'Pyramids Leisure Centre.';M5 Junction 29/ end of A35|Road|5|When entering Exeter follow signs to City Centre and Coach/Bus Station. We are situated on Heavitree Road diagonally opposite Exeter Police Station and Devon Hospital (Heavitree). If entering Exeter from M5 Junction 5/ end of A35 we will be situated on the left hand side after St Luke's University campus.;
