    Dopo la grande esperienza e il successo di Casita Santa Ines (ex Casa Mariposa Blanca) nel centro di Cuernavaca, abbiamo notato che la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti ha chiesto informazioni su dove alloggiare durante la visita di città del Messico. Noi non potevamo aspettare e ha deciso che era tempo di estendere il percorso verso la grande città del Messico, l'antica Tenochtitlan. Ayuntamiento 70 B & B è un incantevole restaurata Colonial-californiano casa nel bel mezzo del quartiere molto ricercato e storico di città del Messico: Coyoacan. Esso offre un servizio più dedicato a tutti i nostri ospiti in un ambiente pulito, organizzato e sicuro. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno, biancheria da letto di qualità e lenzuola e ciascuno è arredato con attenzione ai colori e texture di artigianato messicano. La proprietà è spaziosa e dispone di terrazze, giardino, patio, ampio soggiorno e un impressionante aperto cucina con zona pranzo.

    Like staying at my friend's home

    Foe 3 years we lived near Coyoacan and each time we return to DF we stay in our old house. Because of our dear friend's illness we couldn't stay with her but, happily we found Ayuntamento 70! It is a lovely house 4 blocks from Francisco Soza, one of the most beautiful streets in the city. Our room was quite comfortable and MariCarmen (and her 2 hijas) made the most incredible breakfasts every morning! For someone wanting to stay in the Coyoacan/San Angel area this place really beats the Holiday Inn!!

    Wonderful experience

    This bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. We had a beautiful room that looked out onto a sunny courtyard, and both the room and the bathroom were decorated with fresh flowers. The house is colorfully decorated in a colonial style, and there are several living rooms for just sitting and relaxing. The food was also delicious. Right when we arrived, Maricarmen greeted us with an afternoon snack of fresh fruit, quesadillas, and guacamole. Each breakfast she made for us was plentiful and delicious. The B&B is also very well-located on a quiet street near the Viveros (worth checking out) and about 5 blocks from the center of Coyoacan. Since the B&B only recently opened, it doesn't have a big presence or reviews on TripAdvisor, but I'm sure it soon will. After my time there, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Coyoacan!

    I could not have been happier with my experience at Ayuntamiento 70. Easy to walk to from the metro, this b&b and its gardens are gorgeous. The best part of Ayuntamiento 70 is the kitchen. Not only is Maricarmen turning out amazing Mexican dishes all day long, but the room itself is beautiful and the whole family is willing to talk about Coyoacan or anything you please. The service was exceptional and it felt more like passing time with friends than service. I am so grateful for the morning driving tour through UNAM we were led on and that I found time in our trip for the splendours of Coyoacan.

    Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay

    My boyfriend and I decided to vacation in and around Mexico City this year, and we were blessed to discover this beautiful bed and breakfast for the final night of our trip. The owners were incredibly friendly and approachable, and definitely seemed dedicated to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our visit felt as though we were visiting family rather than simply a bed and breakfast. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed warmly and invited into their beautiful, traditional Mexican-style kitchen and served hot, delicious homemade quesadillas and guacamole. Our room was meticulously decorated, and was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend other travelers to Ayuntamiento 70, particularly those interested in Mexican culture and an incredibly hospitable, lovely environment. We couldn't have asked for any better.

    Serve: 4 grandi porzioni Difficoltà: medio Tempo di preparazione: 1 ora e mezza Ingredienti: 8 asciugare Ancho peperoncini * 16 secco Mulato peperoncini * 2 secco peperoncini Pasilla * 2 secco peperoncini Chipotle * Tutti i peperoncini sopra sono 12cm, leggermente tostato e un giorno prima a bagno in acqua con 2 cucchiaini di sale. 3 pomodori grandi maturi, cotti e pelati 50 grammi di mandorle 50 grammi di uvetta 2 cucchiai di semi di sesamo tostati ½ panino (bolillo), fritto 1 pizzico di chiodi di garofano a terra 1 pizzico di cannella in polvere 1 pizzico di pepe nero macinato 1 pizzico di semi di anice 1 tortilla, fritto 1 cipolla tagliata in quattro, fritto 3 spicchi d'aglio, leggermente tostato 1 piccola Turchia (guajolote) o pollo. Tutto pulito e tagliato a pezzi. 1 cipolla, tagliata a metà 1 cucchiaino di prezzemolo tritato fresco 250 ml di olio 50 grammi di cioccolato fondente zuccherato. (Cioccolato messicano autentico è venduto in tavolette di spessore). 1 cucchiaino di zucchero Sale per gustare la preparazione: 1. Posizionare tutti i peperoncini in un colapasta e macinare insieme con i pomodori, mandorle, uvetta, semi di sesamo, panino fritto, spezie, tortilla fritta, cipolla e due spicchi d'aglio. 2. Lessare i pezzi di tacchino o di pollo con il rimanente spicchio d'aglio, la cipolla a metà e il prezzemolo, finché sono teneri. 3. Posizionare una pentola con olio e friggere i pezzi della Turchia di pollo fino alla doratura, poi versare la salsa di peperoncini e cuocere per alcuni minuti. 4. Quando comincia ad addensarsi, aggiungere il brodo dove è stata cotta la carne e aggiungere anche il cioccolato in piccoli pezzi e lo zucchero. 5. Prendere il bollore e salare con sale se necessario. 6. Servire caldo con una spolverata di semi di sesamo sulla parte superiore. Talpa è normalmente accompagnato con riso e tortillas calde. È tradizionalmente servito con un bicchiere di birra freddo e anche se è un piatto molto ricco, si dice che esso è molto meglio...
