The Cariari Bed and Breakfast

I recently stayed at the Cariari B&B for eleven days whilst having dental work. The location is perfect for any activities in the Central Valley or traveling to either coast. The residential area is beautiful and safe for exploring and enjoying local restaurants. I had a temporary membership (included with B&B ) to the Cariari Golf and Country Club at which I spent time working out, swimming and playing golf. The breakfeast was exceptional...not your typical beans , rice and eggs. Home made breads, muffins etc. One morning we had eleven different kinds of fruits , three I had never seen before. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Most importantly Laurie ,Manuel and Erica are incredible hosts. They were very accomidating and helpful. They really did make me feel at home. I have been a visitor to Costa Rica for forty years and I have never had accommidation like I experienced at the Cariari B&B. Thank you so much Laurie

The lovely setting was made special by the warm welcome that we were given by Laurie. She made us feel like family, in addition to being a rich resource for all aspects of visiting Costa Rica. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the was food delicious. Pick up and delivery to the airport was handled with precision.

We had a great time in Costa Rica made even more enjoyable by our fine stay at this B&B and the friendly and helpful folks who run it. The breakfasts were superb, the accommodations were great and they faciltated or provided excellent trips to local and distant tourist destinations. Our Spanish is quite limited but we had no difficulty communicating at the B&B and were able to maintain home contacts via the WIFI internet connections. We'd return in a heartbeat and know that we'd be welcomed as friends. The location abuts one of Costa Rica's best golf courses which we had the good fortune to play. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Ray & Louise

My husband and I stayed here the night we arrived and the night we departed Costa Rica. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The owner was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful in helping us organize some last minute travel plans. The breakfast served was one of a kind, absolutley outstanding. I would highly reccomend this B&B.
