The Lodge on Gorham's BluffPisgah, AL

"Anniversary weekend"

"Our stay at Gorham's Bluff was AMAZING!! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. It was exactly what my husband and I needed to reconnect. The atmosphere is so relaxing and so serene. We stayed in the Owens suite which was fabulous. We loved the pool size bathtub. We will have to go back in the fall though to take advantage of the fireplace setting. The weather was beautiful while we were there (June). Very clear, not too hot yet. The food was exactly what you'd expect from such an amazing chef. The food that we ate for 2 days could've fed us for a week! They won't let you go hungry! I also loved the little "snack" area in the kitchen for after hours. This was the first of many visits to Gorham's Bluff. A well hidden, off the beaten path, away from the hustle & bustle of the city type place. Outstanding! "
