  • This is the new patio that was built last summer. Bar-B-Q's are available at no cost (you must supply your own food). Enjoy the comraderie of the other guests as you relax on the patio after hiking or biking the day away.
    Ah, the outdoor hot tub. Open 24 hours all year long. Relax and enjoy the hot water massaging your body as you have a beautiful vista of mountains to dream of skiing, hiking, or biking.
    One of our 4 kitchen units. Fully equipped and ready to feed your group. Because I (Kathleen) live on site we can usually meet any special requests from the guests (ie: bigger pots to feed more people).
    All of our rooms are decorated in a different style. This room has a 25' cieling with a wall painting of a venician canal. All of the European artifacts were collected Kathleen when she was in Germany.

    Enjoy a friendly and casual atmosphere while you explore the adventures of our mountains. We offer accomodations for almost every traveller, from a bedroom to a full kitchen unit. Gather with other guests in front of the fire, or swap hiking or skiing stories in our spacious hot tub. Each morning breakfast is offered $5.00 per person for all you can eat. We are surrounded by 4 major ski areas, a 60-mile bike trail, and a beautiful mountain lake. The Inn is one block off of Main Street, across from the Frisco Historical District. Les and Kathleen, the owner's, live in one portion of the Inn and look forward to having you enjoy their hospitality.

    So I came into town and the lady at a local shop told me about this place, It was pretty late and i was tired so i booked a room here. The guy that greeted me at the front door was VERY nice, and was more than happy to help me! I booked the " Morning Sun" room and when i got there there was 2 large beds, fridge, coffee maker everything! I was told they have breakfast in the morning so i stopped in... BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD FOR $6!!! I had the french toast and pet there dog the whole time while talking to the cook. If i need to stay in frisco. This is #1 choice from now on!

    Lovely inn, no breakfast

    The Inn is in a great location just a block off Main Street, very reasonably priced. Our room (the Rosetta Stone) was great with a vaulted ceiling. The in-room coffee maker was a full-size, with ground coffee and creamer & sugar provided. There is a comfy public area with a fireplace. The young man at the desk could not find our reservation when we arrived, and it took some time to locate it. Also, we were not advised that breakfast would not be available (the cook apparently quit recently), so that was a bit of a disappointment. There are a couple of breakfast places nearby, though, like the Log Cabin, a one block walk.

    Great Stay!

    Warm friendly atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so, that we booked in to stay again before finishing our skiing holiday in Colorado. Thanks on once again Les and the crew!

    "The Arboretum"

    Spacious room with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Living room has a queen sized pull down murphy bed and a queen sized pull out couch. Kitchen is fully equiped. Living room has cable TV, VCR, DVD, and a private phone. Movies are available from the office. This room is decorated with forest hues and rustic New England overtones, but with all the modern conveniences.

      From Denver: Take I-70 West to exit 201 (Frisco Main Street). After exit, turn left on to Main Street. Go to Second Avenue, turn right, and the Woods Inn is one block up on the right. From Colorado Springs: Take Highway 24 through Woodland Park. Continue to U.S. 285 (Antero Junction) and take a right. At Fairplay take a right and go for about 1 mile then take a left on to SR 9.
