Our stay at the Beddin' Down was truly an amazing experience! The room was clean, and the bed was so very comfortable! The western decor is luxurious, yet you are made to feel right at home by the hosts and the cozy atmosphere. The views are spectacular, and Salida has something to offer everyone. We highly recommend the Beddin' Down! The Richardson's, Ennis, Texas

The Beddin' Down was very quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun go down behind the mountains may have been the highlight of our stay. We were just looking for a break from the city for the weekend, and the Beddin' Down supplied it. Dan and Shirley were wonderful hosts, and our breakfasts were much more then we expected. We have stayed at B&B's in the past where breakfast was a "Continental Style" where we just helped ourselves. Shirley made us a gourmet meal, which, as Dan joked, "If we left the table hungry, it was our fault!" :) We will definitely be back!!

We were amazed at how comfortable and welcome we were made to feel. Down to earth, and gracious is how I would describe Dan and Shirley. Every detail was picture perfect, down to the amazing breakfast! The animals were a pleasant delight as well. Thank you for everything!
