    Riverbend has upgraded to an eco-friendly, organic/healthy breakfast accommodation. We feature organic linens, organic spa amenities and delicious organic breakfasts. We offer a menu choice of a variety of organic fruits and tasty healthy breakfast casseroles and feature our specialty, Baked French Toast/fresh fruit, for your enjoyment. River Bend is the closest B and B to Mesa Verde, is on the river and in walking distance to Mancos downtown shopping and restaurants. We offer rooms to stay for two to six guests: three double occupancy cozy rooms,and a two bedroom cabin for six. All rooms include private bath, flat screen TV/DVD, 140 channel satellite TV,WIFI and are air conditioned for our summer heat. After a peaceful Colorado night's sleep, wake up to fresh coffee and breakfast aromas. Breakfast is served to our guests on the West Veranda while you enjoy the critters and sounds of Mother Nature. Breakfast is provided for our B and B guests and the La Casita is self-catering or breakfast may be purchased for an additional fee for guests in the La Casita. If photographing spectacular sunsets and up-close views of the San Juans, gathering around a chimenea under a canopy of stars or sipping a glass of wine in the front porch rockers fits your vacation wish list, then Riverbend is the choice for you. Enjoy the cacaphony of sounds of the murmuring river, rustling cottonwoods and the calls of the many varieties of birds as you relax in the hammock or chemical free hot tub after your day of sight seeing.

    Lehmkuhl Family Excursion 2010

    Our family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. We had the best time here! The owners are great and very informative. There are so many things to do near this location...although you could just stay here and play the many outdoor games they have available or soak in the hot tub. The river behind here is a wonderful place to explore with little ones. We had teh best time and we all highly recommend this B & B.

    My daughter and I were on a photo op vacation and chose to stay at the River Bend B&B while visiting Mesa Verde. What a great decision that turned out to be. Bob and Mary were very gracious. We felt right at home with Louisiana charm and western hospitality. The breakfasts were delicious. We even found great photo ops right on the property. Definitely recommend.

    The Four Corners Master Suite is our premier downstairs room which features Southwest Decor with Western accents. The Beauty Rest king bed is luxurious with organic sheets and cozy cotten blankets. The room features an electric fire place, flat screen TV/DVD, WIFI and two Southwest style leather chairs. The en-suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub with rain shower, double vanity, organic soaps and heated tile floor. See pictures in Photo Gallery.

    The La Casita is a two bedroom cabin with one queen, one double and queen sofa sleeper which accommodates six people. The large living area features flat screen TV/DVD, Dish network, comfortable seating area, air conditioning and full kitchen. The queen bedroom also includes a flat screen TV. The deck includes a propane grill and an outside eating area. The La Casita is the ideal place to accommodate your family, play table tennis, croquet and roast marshmallows around the chiminea.
