Beautiful B&B with an awesome view. Excellent service and a yummy breakfast all with a friendly smile. We highly recommend a visit and definitely take them up on the dinner recommendation....you will be glad you did! We will be back.

Excellent location and amazing views. Pool side wine and cheese were the perfect ending after an eventful day spent white water rafting. Breakfast graciously served by Kathleen the following morning was enjoyed by all. Our two bedroom suite with its own living room and kitchenette gave us plenty of privacy and room to relax. We felt completely at home and cant wait to return. Far superior to any other local Bed and Breakfast.

Our stay at the Bella Vista B&B can only be described as magical! We only meant to have a weekend getaway to see my daughter, but our weekend at the Bella Vista turned into something magical. The room was spacious and immaculate. The view was breath taking. The ambiance was so romantic. The breakfast was fabulous. The packages offered were awesome. We selected to have a nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival and the romance package. Imagine rose pedals from the door leading to the bed, with candlelight's, soft music, and a fresh strawberry treats waiting for you when you return from a nice dinner. This is a must experience adventure for those in LOVE.

Bob and Kathleen run a great bed and breakfast. They are wonderful hosts. I would recommend The Bella Vista B&B for any occasion. Mike in Northern California

My wife and I just spent a night at the Bella Vista B&B and it exceeded any expectations we had. The website gives you a good idea of what awaits you but it can't do justice to the beautiful accommodations and the gorgeous views. What a setting! Kathleen made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and directed us to a great restaurant for dinner where we could celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast was an absolute delight- that lady can cook! The only regret we had was that we didn't have more time to spend out by the pool enjoying the view of the valley and river below. Next time we'll plan for 2 nights for sure. We've been to a lot of B&Bs over the years and this was simply the best!

A well kept secret in the Placerville Hills!!! Brought our 2 grand-kids & were surprised that this is a family friendly B & B. We don't find this to be the case at B & B's. Staff is exceptional & made us feel right at home. Will come back, especially in summer to have the kids use the pool, dying to use the slide. Great place for a special event, also!!!
