    Little River Inn - a Big Yes!

    We were hoping this place wasn't too far from Mendocino - it was a quick 2 miles. The views were fabulous. We stayed in a cottage and it did not disapoint. The fire was stalked and ready to light - the view amazing and the bed comfortable. It rained the whole weekend we were there so we did not get to enjoy the rocking chairs on the deck - but we did enjoy the wing chairs in front of a cozy fire. We were delighted. Service was great, the grounds were very well kept, and breakfast was very pleasant. Thank you Little River Inn!

    I wish we had planned to stay longer!

    The view was spectacular, the room comfortable and spacious, the food delicious. Our only complaint is we hadn't planned to stay longer!

    Charming location with wonderful view of the Pacific. Just 2 miles from Mendocino without all the tourists. The room was nicely appointed and staff pleasant. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.

    Paradise on the coast.

    This was our first stay at the Inn. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the ocean and the grounds around the Inn as much as we did. The dining experience exceeded our expectations and we ended up eating all our meals at the Inn. Room service was outstanding and we especially enjoyed the steam showers. The whole experience was serene and relaxing and we will definitely come back.

    We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much, the food and people who worked their were very helpful. The lady at the office was very nice and friendly and kind. We would come back again.

    My husband and I spent three nights at the Little River Inn in a Bayside room. The view was spectacular, sunsets incredible, and the service and dining experience supurb! We had not intended to eat at the Inn all three nights, but we did because the meals were exceptional and the service wonderful. After grabbing a bite (you have to try the calamari ceasar!) in the bar Thursday night, we met Mark, the chef, and heard about the Mushroom Festival dinner planned for Friday - we just had to participate and we were so glad we did. Saturday night we decided to stay in and again had a wonderful meal. The bartenders, Sue and Judd, are great and the pub was as welcome to the locals as the guests. The front desk staff was great too and they have tons of videos you can borrow if you just want to hang around your room and enjoy the quiet. We can't wait to return! K&J from Danville, CA

    My husband and I have stayed at the Little River Inn a number of times. We are from Virginia and have loved this part of the CA coast. Everything about our stay has been excellent, and we would know because we have a B&B ourselves!
