    This large third floor suite is perfect for a romantic getaway. Vaulted ceilings, opening skylights, fireplace, antique over-sized King Bed, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, cozy sitting area and large bathroom with a large two person Ultra Hydrotherapy Spa Tub featuring Chromotherapy Lights and an European Deck shower.
    Amethyst is a perfect venue for weddings, honeymoon and private functions. *We can accommodate wedding parties of up to 30 people. You do not have to be a registered guest to attend the wedding celebration. *Intimate wedding with party and guests staying at our accommodation.
    This Victoria B&B Suite has a luxurious private parlor with thirteen foot ceilings and an elaborate antique fireplace. Wonderful stained glass welcomes you as you enter this elegant and comfortable suite.
    When you enter this gracious room on the second floor, you will find a beautiful Queen carved Mahogany Canopy Bed embellished with luxurious fabrics. Twelve-foot ceilings, tall windows, impressive antique fireplace, comfortable sitting area with mini-refrigerator and a bathroom with a deep soaking claw-foot tub and shower makes for an elegant, restful retreat.
    In the parlour we serve a full English breakfast on antique crystal and china. To help you unwind there are several jacuzzis on the premises. And don’t worry about your car: we have lots of secure, free parking on our property.

    Calm blue and white greets you in this romantic room with high ceilings, Hand carved Victorian Mahogany Queen bed (the headboard is over 7 feet tall), antique furnishings, Battenburg lace and a cozy love seat and arm chair. The bathroom has a two-person jacuzzi Spa Tub with a European deck shower. Second floor.
    The grand Staircase feature the Victoria bed& breakfast in the 18 century era.

    25th Anniversary

    We stayed at the Abbeymoore and the Amethyst for our 25th wedding anniversary the week of the 4th of May 2010. We have stayed in the Abigail's several times for previous anniversaries and revisited their honeymoon suites this weekend to compare and also toured the Gatsby for future reference. When we return we will stay at either the Abbeymoore and or (probably and) the Amethyst for between these two we haven't a favorite. We would have our daughter's weddings at the Amethyst. The innkeepers are most hospitable, the home is perfectly suited for such an event and is very elegant. Next time, we will stay in the Duchess room. The inn keepers will work with you on the price of you stay and offer fantastic discounts when they can.

    Our chef provides a lovely breakfast each morning using only the finest ingredients: local farm fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and Organic Eggs Enjoy fresh baked scones,croissants and muffins, with specialty jams, jellies and compotes along with entrees such as Corn and Green Onion Pancakes with Smoked Salmon, Maui Onion and Dill dressing.Belgian Waffles with fresh cream and blueberry compote,with Canadian Maple Syrup. The menu changes each day. Each morning guests are invited to the Dining Room for an elegant breakfast. White table lines, Antique china and Crystal adorn the tables. Breakfast is a wonderful time to meet fellow travelers, one of the most enjoyable experiences of staying at a Bed and Breakfast Inn.
