Qui troverete tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno più piacevole e divertente. Ottima posizione con vista sul mare, a 300 metri dalla spiaggia, a 600 metri dalla metropolitana e a 400 metri a sud del fiume (a grandi centri commerciali della città). Davanti all'edificio c'è una pista ciclabile con un punto di noleggio bici, uno dei modi migliori per passeggiare nella zona sud. Locale con vasto commercio e buoni collegamenti di trasporto in generale. Mi esposa y yo estuvimos hospedados en el apartamento del 14/09 al 18/09/2012. Fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar. El apartamento tiene todo o necesario, la pulcritud extraordinaria, la comodidad de la cama, acceso a internet con buen ancho de banda y ademas cercano a todo. Los medios de transporte para donde quieras ir están practicamente al lado del edificio. Casas de cambio, bancos, restaurantes, mercados y muy importante, la playa de Copacabana. Mención aparte merece Fabio quien es realmente una persona muy simpática, atento, servicial, te orientará en todo lo que requieras siendo muy acertadas sus orientaciones. Quedamos sumamente satisfechos con nuestra estadía en su apartamento.

We stayed at Fabios place for a couple of days and fully enjoyed the super clean and well located apartment. Right in front is a bus stop with connections to any touristy place in Rio. We found it a really good base in Copacabana to explore the wonderful city. The beach is a short walk and can be seen from the window. The apartment is really good equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. The building has 24 hours security and is very safe. Fabio is the perfect host. He was easy to deal with and answered very quickly to all our questions. On top of that he gave us good tips on things to do while we were there. When we arrived he was awaiting us as agreed in the apartment and introduced us to everything. Another day I had to print some stuff which he did for me and brought it the the apartment. Great guy. Just a perfect place to stay in Rio. We loved Rio so much that we will definitely return and stay again at Fabios place if possible. Highly recommended.

My friends and I stayed at Fabio's apt from 13th till 18th of February 2012. We sincerely enjoyed it. Great location, safe place,well equipped and comfortable apt! everything is very convenient. But what is the most important - is hospitably. Fabio and his wife are great hosts! They are ready to help you at any time. Without them it would not be the same experience of Rio. We went together to the street Carnival, tasted some special exotic fruits. Fabio gave us a lot of advises where to go and how to spend time and all of them were 100% useful! I already told all my friend how great it was to meet these guys! Shall somebody go to Rio without any doubt I will recommend to meet Fabio and stay at his place.

We stayed at Fabio’s place during Reveillon 2012. There were 3 of us and we had comfortable space for all of us. Fabio is an amazing host and made everything sure we were safe and happy. The first day he took us around and showed all the local places to eat, shop, party and have fun. He knows the city very well. The flat is very well decorated with a contemporary flare, you can tell they put lots of thought into everything. From the open kitchen to the mirrored walls everything feels well planned and executed. New furniture and new appliances. From this place you can walk to the popular Copacabana beach, as well as take any public transportation at your doorsteps. We used the subway to go around almost anywhere we needed. If you’re looking for a place that is well located with a great host that will make you feel at home, look no further, this is the place to stay.

Fabio´s apt is the place to be. It is close to all service we needed such as transportation, restaurants, malls and stay few blocks from the beach. The apt was tidy, comfy, with a good internet service. The building is a very family one and you feel safe and somehow at home. Fabio is the perfect host. You can always count on him. So friendly, so hospitable. I highly recomend his apt.

Fabio is a wonderful host and a GREAT person! When I arrived in Rio, I (stupidly) left my bag with all my money, cards and passport on the airport and to make this very long story short, I got EVERYTHING back at 2am! Fabio was there every step of the way; he was the one running around and taking care of me the WHOLE time. He is caring, perceptive, very calm with positive attitude in times of crisis and very very good with people. Just before 3am, I finally got to Fabio's apartment. It is very elegant and the layout is extremely functional. The bed is large and comfortable and I love the rainforest shower. The location is brilliant, 5 min. walk to the metro and all the buses (including the airport bus) are right in front of building. A number of super markets and restaurants within 100 meters and a very large shopping mall just 10 min. walk through the tunnel (It was very safe to walk). I had such a wonderful stay with Fabio. Knowing I was in town by myself and had my birthday on Easter Sunday, he took me out for a birthday brunch in a very lovely historical building in a forest park with a view of the Christ statue; then he gave me a tour of the Zona Sul on the bike. In the evening he took me to a great local music venue and he taught me to dance Samba too. :) This was one of my best birthdays!! Fabio is a person with great taste in the finer things in life. He loves and knows art, food, all the nice places and is a great shopping companion too! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rio and a local host you can trust, please do stay with Fabio!
